Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Meet with once of thier plumbers by the name of Anthony Gabe. He was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the issue and we work to come up with a plan for my faucet repair. He went the extra mile and stay patient as I went to Home Depot to find a part. While I didn't use thier service for the first visit, we came up with a plan that works around my schedule. If you're in the New Castle area and need a plumber, I recommend asking for Anthony Gabe.

Anthony was here on time and resolved our issue quickly and was very cordial and pleasant. We will definitely have him back if our need arises again. He made an unpleasant circumstance go away in a professional manner. Definitely a grade ‘A’ tech.

It started when I had a failure in my main drain pipe after a few years of it acting like it wanted to fail it failed. I went to the phones and called the local person I had been using for the repair. Their response was less than prompt I picked up the cell phone scrolled into plumbers and came up with roto-rooters number so I called. I knew the company I knew that they were committed to advertising their products. I was connected with Stephen Hogan he was fantastic took my call seriously responded quickly and thoroughly. It was a huge job at least from my perspective and the team he sent out was effective and thorough. Stephen stayed on top of the job to make the sure things were going well. The repair crew was effective and efficient and understood I had a brand new driveway and I had to dig right along the edges of it did absolutely no damage and I was really pleased. Thank you Stephen and the repair crew forr all your effort I'll have no problem recommending you in the future.

We got a new water heater installed, but the plumber was not able to remove the old one. It was only after I posted an unfavorable rating that someone called to setup a second plumber to help. They did come back two weeks later and got the old unit removed; however, they missed their appointment window by a few hours. Roto Rooter was good in scheduling a water heater replacement to work around my Saturday schedule, but the price was much higher than I expected. Lowes was going to do the job for $1800 including removal, but they do not work on Saturdays. Roto Rooter charged almost $3000, which I thought was excessive even for Saturday work.
