Thought they did a great job tuning my hvac. Until a month and half later I went to change my air filter and water all over. Because they didn't rehook the ac water hose. So now middle of the hottest week in June I'm letting my hvac dry out because it's got water in it. Just thanking some guarding angle that it didn't catch my house on fire!

They were friendly, but not knowledgeable it seems. We had a sewer main that was clogged. So I hopped on google and found a deal for $79 for YES to come clean and camera the line. They came out. They were punctual and stuff, so no complaints there. Where I can't rate them low enough is their tactics. They pushed a snake down the drain and it stopped at a blockage. So then they pulled the snake out and sent in the camera. All we saw was dirty water. Nothing else. And then came the conclusion: "Mr Ellis, your sewer main has broken. It's collapsed and filled with soil. It needs to be replaced." And then they quoted me nearly $10k. I decided to get a second opinion because I could not figure out how they concluded all that from so little evidence. Called up a different plumber. I won't say who so it doesn't sound like I'm just trying to advertise. They came out, did the camera and concluded there were roots in the line. So they water jetted the line and now it's all clean and works great. Sewer line is not cracked and definitely not collapsed. Just roots finding their way through the pipe threads on the cast iron piping. I will probably get the sewer main replaced one day, but I didn't have to do it right now. It took 78 years for the roots to get this bad, so I imagine I have at least a year before I have to tackle that. Here's the main point: If you want a plumber to come out that knows less than you, call Yes Man. If you want a plumber to try and upsell you on the most expensive solution regardless of how necessary it is, then call Yes Man. I can't trust them, so I will never call Yes Man again. I have 6 rentals plus the where I live, so I imagine I would have been a good client to keep. Attached is a picture of the roots from the 2nd plumbers camera.

Tony has done the annual maintenance on my generator for several years now. He always shares pics from the service and gives me an overview of things. He's always friendly and on-time. For the service this year, 2026, Tony went above and beyond, and took extra effort to make sure my Generac Generator is working correctly. The generator had some issues, which Generac said were a couple days out of warranty. It took some effort on my part with Generac, but with Tony and Yes! help, its finally fully functional again ( also with help from Jennifer and Siala ). Tony came out several times to get it working, and after letting it run for a week and do it weekly self-test, he made an extra trip out to run a test to make sure the generator functioned fully when power was out. It's critical that the generator functions correctly as my wife is on an oxygen concentrator and if power goes out then it is essential that her oxygen concentrator kicks back on. I have full confidence and trust in Tony, and would like to request him to be our dedicated technician for all future generator services.

The salesman Roger was very professional, was there to answer questions and, had a great sense of humor. 5+ for him. All those that participated in the installation process were also professional and very experienced. Special kudos to Ciala and Tony!! Ciala was there for the inspection by sanpete county building dept which took all of 7.minutes to complete. Tony was here yesterday (Friday the 13th!!) And was very thorough with the explanation of how the Generac generator works from A-Z. I have only one piece of advice from a customer service standpoint. Do not ask for a client to payoff the entire amount of the purchase after the generac is installed. Wait until after someone comes to the house like Tony did yesterday and demonstrated that the generator actually works!! See it from a customer standpoint in the future.

Yes has let me down for 4 years. Not telling me I had to build a fence around my AC because of dog pee. So had to buy another one the next year. To have the guy tell me the fence was ok. To having the next year the guy telling me it wasn't ok. Then last year I. Had a appointment sit up. You guys never came. Then I had pex tubing put in. He had to wrap all my pipes going to the central air with the foil tape. So my AC had only been cooling down my crawl space. Yes had a very bad taste for years. I work at Lowe's the guy who has been at the Orem Lowe's talked me into it to try again. The guy who came did my tune up on my heater and AC was great all the way. You better keep him

Sean Mayberry from YES Heating and Air did an excellent job performing our furnace tune-up. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Sean took the time to explain what he was checking, alnswered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honest recommendations—no pressure, just helpful advice. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Sean Mayberry and YES Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC service. Yes heating and air were amazing and professional, but more than anything they were honest. Not tries to upsale or anything like that.

Our 24 K generator had not been operating properly for at least a year. It wasn’t installed by Yes and the company that I purchased it from was no longer in business. I discovered that Yes is a licensed distributor for Generac generators. We have been a loyal customer of there’s for years for our HVAC. I would never recommend any other company. Our tech Tony was on time, very professional, and very personable. Throughout the service he kept me appraised of every thing he found that needed attention. The service was excellent. The generator runs like new and I’m excited that Yes will be here every year for its annual service.

The technician was very thorough in doing a service check on my 3 furnaces and the AC. He fixed the one furnace filter access so it wouldn't damage the filter when it was put in place. He signed me up on a plan where I will be reminded each year when it's time to have the furnaces and AC serviced. And he made sure I knew what size filters to purchase and advised me as to when the filters need to be replaced. Before he left he brought my empty garbage cans in from the curb. Something extra he did for me as just another thoughtful service. I'd welcome this technician back into my home any day!

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner and chose YES because of its great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. The company was communicative and transparent and so helpful. Dalton and Wyatt wouldn't enter the home without putting on protective socks over shoes and protective coverings for our floors. They kept us informed and encouraged all questions. They were super amiable, efficient, clean, really thoughtful, and detail-oriented. They gave us clear instructions afterwards and gave lots of great advice. We will be using the maintenance plan as well, which is really helpful.

Kayden and Brad were great! They were professional, respectful, courteous and helpful. Kayden installed my fan on my patio awning. He put in switches so I can turn on my fan and lights separately. So helpful and beautiful to behold. Brad put in hooks and hung my LED lights around my awning. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves and put my patio furniture back. I highly recommend “YES” for electrical services. Oh and Kayden brought me a beautiful Easter Lily. “YES” feels like family and I trust their great service!

We called Yes to come check out a clog and backup we had in our main line. We had a coupon for main line cleaning for $79. We were also told that they would camera the line for free as part of that cleaning. When the technician, Andre, came to our house, he wasn’t ready to camera the line or even clean it. I’m not sure what he was prepared to do. He also wouldn’t honor their $79 coupon, as there were hidden exclusions on that discount. That’s a sneaky and dishonest way to try to get someone’s money. No thanks.

We had a wonderful experience with Chuy at YES! Heating and air. We were in a very frustrating situation, our water heater had died, our home warranty company had denied our claim, and we had been without hot water for almost a full week. Once we got into contact with Chuy he went above and beyond and stayed at our home late into the evening to get our new tankless water heater installed that same day so that we could function in our home again. The pricing was fair, he was super kind, and we are so grateful!
