Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This is our second time using Roto-Rooter. Their team was quick to react and ensure there was no water damage. Tyler installed our new shower panel perfectly and offered some sage advice on what would be best if/when this shower panel starts to show its age. We will rely on Roto-Rooter in the future!

Roto-Rooter sent out a very competent plumber to help out when we had 14 people at the house for a few days. He came out very late in the evening and identified the problem quickly and solved our issue with roots in our sewer pipe. We were able to finished our holiday gathering without a hitch. He had a great attitude, even in the middle of the night. Great service.

We had a main line clog late at night, and Roto-Rooter came out at 10pm and resolved it quickly. Juan and Maison were excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They clearly explained what they thought the issue was and recommended a plan of action moving forward. Pricing was more than fair, especially for night and weekend service. We truly appreciated the transparency and great service. Highly recommend!

Juan showed up right on time and was able to assess the problem very quickly. He walked us through the entire process keeping us informed of what was needed to be done. He also told us about an enzyme treatment that would help keep the pipes clean. We are always very happy with the service provided!
