Mycheal was excellent, very knowledgeable and fixed the kitchen drain clog in under an hour. He mentioned a few tips to maintain the drain line clean. Very happy with the service.
I'm very grateful for Mr. Shawn. With his exceptional professionalism, my new water heater was installed in a short time. He helped me choose the new water heater, which expedited the installation, and provided me with a coupon, which helped me get a discount. I also would like to mention Mr. Shawn as a wonderful, kind, and always smiling person, which is priceless these days! Thank you so much!
They came within 2 hours of calling them at night and replaced the wax ring in my toilet same night. Super friendly. The only complaint i had is they are approving little pricey, but not so bad considering the quick response time.
The worst experience of my life dealing with a plumber. I'll let the picture speak for themselves, but they came to unclog a drain. It cost me $700. And they destroyed a new bathroom that was being renovated. Galaxy white grout is now shit brown. Sprayed all over the walls that I have to paint. And when I ask for somebody to come, take a look at it, they sent out a field supervisor who really had no cloud to do anything. Additionally, I filed a message with the company. They still have not responded four days later. I thought by using a national name brand I'd get better service. This was definitely not true. Lastly if you sign up on the Internet, there's a promise of a $55 discount. Didn't get that either. So before you dial Roto router locally here on the space coast, buyer beware overpriced, shitty work, and the leaders obviously don't want to take care of things when they go wrong. Need your drain unclogged keep scrolling pick a different company. Check pricing before they even drive out.
The service professional was great, but I believe pricing was unfair (2x competitors) and I would encourage individuals to seek out competitive quotes. For a simple valve change it cost $400 for a $25 valve and $375 for less than 1hr of labor. Ultimately we needed the job done quick and they could do that, but we wouldn’t be using their services without a competitive quote again.
