Victor and Jean are two Dial Duron techs who installed the Air Handler and Air conditioner (condensing unit) in my home. They did a fantastic job? They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of their profession. The way they both work you can tell they are experienced in this field. You can tell they both love what they do. They took the time to be sure everything was setup properly and It did not take them all day. They answered any questions i had about the units which put my mind and spirit in a good calm place. Victor and Jean make up a good team together, they get the job done. Thank you for making this a job well done, Yes you deserve 5 stars you earned it Loretta Gonder

Dial Duron did an excellent job installing our tankless gas InstaHot water heater. Our technician, Alex Babineau, was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The customer service from start to finish was great, and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently. The electrician who came out to complete the wiring was also very professional and did a great job. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend Dial Duron.

Update. 2/12/26 - Dial Duran has been out two more times over the last few months. During these visits I have shown them the work was still not complete. They took pictures both times of the mastic not dried. very wet and goopy. Both times they told me a supervisor would contact me shortly to address the continued issue. This has not happened. I was contacted however about payment. Can you believe they want to be paid for a job not completed. I ended up hiring another company to redo the work to satisfaction. This is the fifth time Dial Duran came to fix my issue. It is not fixed so I am updating this review with new video taken 3 days after mastic was reapplied. 07/28/25 Please note. The pictures are the work done by Dial Duran. Not the duct work they were suppose to fix. The duct installer, Dial Duran, has been out to my house 5 times to install or fix new duct work, replacing the 22-year-old duct work that they suggested I remove. The first time out to fix was May 20, 2025. Today is July 28, 2025. Two months later and 5 times out problem not solved. -1st time. replaced all of it. -2nd time to fix many mistakes they did installing new duct work. -3rd time to fix many mistakes that still were not fixed from 2nd visit. -4th time they pulled out all feeder duct work they installed the first time and tried to fix the 2nd & 3rd time. Installed new duct work and mixing boxes. -5th Time to reapply mastic to mixing boxes and duct work that attaches to them. Still wet and dripping on my ceiling. Just a matter of time before I see the damage caused by water dripping. Cold air is leaking out of the duct work where it meets the boots on many feeds. The mixing box is leaking air on one that I checked. I will check all of them soon. Mastic is not drying because air is leaking out of boots. Moisture is building up and will cause mold. I was told that I may have to install a dehumidifier in the attic to stop the moisture. If this was true, why on the same mixing box, some of the duct work is dry and the one next to it is not. See videos and pictures attached. This is in many areas. Not just one. We had the duct work replaced because I have major respiratory issues with mold. So far this will cause even more an issue. I have had to take off of work loosing pay 4 extra times because of the additional times they came out. At this point I will have to hire another company to fix this issue. I DO NOT WANT DIAL DURAN BACK. They have proven they can not fix this.

I recently had a mini-split system installed by Duron, and while the installation and system performance have been acceptable, I came away from the experience disappointed. My HVAC setup is somewhat unique, and I had hoped that working with a "comfort specialist" would mean a tailored, consultative approach. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. The system I was sold included some unresolved variables that, in hindsight, should have been clarified up front. While the salesperson (Erik M.) claims we discussed them (and to his credit, we did), I left the process feeling more like I was sold a product than truly advised on the best long-term solution. I take responsibility for not doing more homework beforehand, but I expected a higher level of guidance from a company positioning itself as an expert. There are many HVAC providers in Brevard, and based on my experience, I’d likely explore other options in the future. Rebuttal: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I did make multiple attempts to follow up with both Erik and Charlie. Despite calling several times, I only received text responses from Erik — the final one being a clarification that I needed to be present to repair a hole in the wall resulting from my request for re-work. For a $8,000+ installation, I expected better post-sale support and customer service. It’s disappointing that after reaching out, I received minimal engagement and no proactive effort to fully address the situation. I stand by my original review and hope this feedback informs others. UPDATE (Aug 9, 2025): I was informed by my city that a permit was not submitted for Duron's work. After two phone calls to Duron, I still have not received a call back. Again, their demonstration of abysmal post-sale support. Even though Duron seems to receive high marks from consumers, in my experience, if all doesn't go well after the sale, you will receive poor customer service.
