Frank was incredibly professional and helpful. He genuinely cared about doing a good job and explaining what was happening. He was just as concerned about helping me understand "why" the problem occurred as he was about "how" he would fix it. A true 'old school' pro that you can trust. I will not hesitate to request him for any future repairs.
I really appreciate the quick response to my call for help on a Sunday afternoon, and the very professional and personable repair service provided by Charles. My call was answered by a person (not AI/voicemail) and the service was scheduled promptly within a two-hour window. I received a text when Charles was about half an hour from arriving. After examining the problem, he told me what the two potential solutions would be, and the cost of each. He was able to resolve the issue with the less-expensive procedure, and gave me advice on how to reduce the likelihood of the problem recurring. I would definitely recommend Charles, and I’ve always been happy with RotoRooter as a service provider for any plumbing issues I’ve needed professional help with.
Franklin did an exceptional job working on my kitchen faucet. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed the issue so that the water no longer built up in the sink. His cleanup of the area was spotless and he resolved my drainage issue so that my sink was back functioning again. I highly recommend his services!
The leak was fixed. BUT, I would have expected more skill and care in the process to avoid unnecessary drywall damage.
