Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Keith and team has been out to our site a few times to help us with clearing our main sewer line. They always respond rapidly to our emergent calls and are professional while on site. This time, upon clearing the sewer line, we found a pair of scissors in the line. After troubleshooting with our team, we came up with a plan to remove the scissors and with a lot of perseverance we were successful! We appreciate Keith's and team efforts. THANK YOU!

Can I give 6 stars? Best experience in the home service/maintenance field I have had in many years. Our technician Jerromy arrived within an hour as promised to address a clogged/backed toilet drain line and laundry sink clog. What a mess! He brought the high powered tools and got right to work. He was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to not only resolve the clogs but clean-up a messy situation. The next day a field supervisor, Keith, arrived to conduct a camera inspection of not only the original clog but went above and beyond and did a complete inspection of the main drain line. Very informative, gave us confidence in their work and in what to expect for our drain pipe system in the future. Keith also went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Got a messy situation? Call these guys, they will take care of you!

I called on a Sunday needing some help and they were able to send out someone to help within 2 hours and I’m not in a close area. Adam was who they sent to me and he was very respectful and helpful the entire time. Making an appointment was easy and quick. I got messages when the tech was on the way which is always nice. Adam was our tech and he was very informative and patient as we figured out our old home's quirky plumbing. He was up-front and clear about costs and what to expect. He performed the service fast and our drains were back to working condition in no time. I'd 100% recommend and will definitely call Adam again for our plumbing needs.

The technician was about an hour late from the originally promised time but we were informed about the delay. He was professional and resolved the problem in a reasonable amount of time. He quoted the price up front which we found helpful. We would use Roto Rooter again if needed.
