Seth and Keith were the BEST I have ever had the privelge of working with. Period! They were professional and easy to understand, especially considering the stress I was under to get this problem/ situation fixed and behind me while on vacation.

Everyone with Roto-Rooter provided exceptional service. Between Drew, Tyson, and Craig, my damaged main sewer line was repaired in a quick and efficient manner. Drew came out and did our initial inspection, he was thorough and communicated everything. Tyson was incredibly helpful in explaining his process accessing the main line and his findings. He even offered to adjust the price when our problem couldn’t be resolved that day. Craig was amazing at keeping us in the loop with expectations regarding our excavation and service pipe repair. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I got from everyone at Roto-Rooter, I’m hoping not to have another sewer emergency in the near future… but if I do I know who I’m calling!

Dee was awesome, great guy. Talked me Through what was likely causes for my drains running slowly, cleared them out and ran cameras to prove it. Then tested the drains to make sure what we saw was actually functional. Offered to help with future preventive maintenance and get on a cycle to ensure we stay operating as a company every day. Thanks for help! Plus he was a Seahawks fan so that always adds a little something for me!

We have a 100 year old home that requires pipe inspection and cleaning every 5 years. Our tech is Jesse and he has been with us for many years. We ask for him by name when we schedule as he does above and beyond every time. He is very knowledgeable and provided professional tips that have probably saved us thousands in maintenance costs over the years. He truly cares and provides a quality experience every time.
