Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Excellent experience with a very complicated plumbing issue. Riley was incredibly well-informed and professional and made sure he was approaching things the correct way before acting to fix the issue. Throughout the whole process he was communicative and thorough, and he ended up saving me money in the end because he took his time and made sure he was doing the job right. Very impressed from start to finish!

We moved into our new house less than a year ago and we started having drainage issues very late last night. Needless to say we were both panicking and under a lot of stress as sewage was backing up. We had initially called another company to come out and fix the drain, but we were never given an ETA or rough estimate on when we would get a call. After several minutes, we ended up calling Roto-Rooter and I'm glad we did. Sharon in dispatch was very helpful in telling me a rough ETA and how there dispatch process works. I received a text less than 5 minutes from the call. And received a window when the plumber would be here and the window was spot on. Nick was the plumber who showed up. He was very friendly and could tell that I was stressed and upset. He made me laugh and made be feel much better. He was very professional in explaining what he was doing every step of the way which I really appreciated. He ended up having to snake into the drainage cap (ours unfortunately is in a very narrow area beside our water heaters). He had some trouble getting whatever was clogging the drain clear and we both began to suspect it may be an issue with the sewage tank and not the drain. Nick ended using his camera to scope down into the pipe and explained to be what water looks like in the pipe versus the sewage tank. Once he couldn't advance the camera any further he looked at the water on the camera and knew that we had not made it to the tank yet, but the blockage was very close to it. He went down with the snake and went a little further the second time and our standing water started draining and I felt so relieved. We had a lot of towels to mop up what we could and Nick offered to help clean up, but he had been at our house until after 1AM (his shift ends at midnight). Nick said he wanted to get me fixed tonight and he never gave up. If you're having any plumbing issues I would 100% recommend Roto-Rooter! And if you're lucky enough to have, Nick come out you will be well taken care of!

Kiah (Andrew) was an amazing technician from Roto-Rooter. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Kiah was very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what could be causing our plumbing issues. He explained everything clearly and walked us through possible solutions for repairs, which I really appreciated. It’s always a relief when you get a technician who genuinely cares about helping and making sure you understand what’s going on. Great service overall!

I had a pressure reduction valve give out suddenly and required emergency repair, as my water pressure had surged to 120 psi. I contacted Roto-Rooter online and they were able to schedule me for service the following morning. My tech, Isaiah, was able to repair the damage quickly and professionally. He also spotted additional damage to my water supply line, which was able to be fixed at the same time. I recommend both Roto-Rooter and Isaiah for plumbing repairs!

Ronald did an excellent job. He patiently listened while I described the issue that I was having, effectively explained the different options that were available and then worked extremely hard (and late) to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend and will use again if the need ever arises.
