Joe was extremely knowledgeable about all our plumbing issues that needed to be taken care of. He was quick to come in and get started on the work at hand, as well as making sure everything was completely fixed that we had requested afterwards.

Joe was EXCELLENT! He was very kind and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what my plumbing issue was and what the causes that contributed to the issue. He completed the repair and offered helpful solutions to head off any other issues.

I had a fantastic experience with Iron Mountain Drains and Plumbing when they installed my hybrid water heater. The price they quoted was very reasonable, and their attention to detail was excellent. Special shout-out to Donnie, who went above and beyond by driving 40 miles to Jasper to pick up the exact water heater I wanted when no one else had it in stock. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future!
