Chris did an exceptional job of analyzing a situation at one of our new construction neighborhoods over the weekend. What we thought was just a clogged toilet turned out to be more involved. He found some gravel in one of the main lines, jetted it and ran a camera through the line. No breakage or cracks were present so the issue was mitigated successfully with minimal downtime. I was really impressed with Bo he was very professional very cordial and very friendly he got straight to his work and was finished within 45 minutes thank you for putting my sink faucet in today and also for replacing my garbage disposal last month things don't last forever but friendship does thank you again Bo for everything you're amazing man don't change ever.

I worked with Roto Rooter to clear our sinks/drains. They sent a technician named Chris to our location. He was on time, and he worked until the job was finished. He explained things to me clearly as he did the work. He also was very polite and respectful. I appreciate his help getting this cleaned and in working order, in a timely manner with professionalism!

Had a main drain clog during the recent snow. All other companies were only doing high priority services. Well to me, this was high priority because we could not use any water or go to the bathroom. Bo went above and beyond to identify and explain the problem, provide options and complete the project and in a no-pressure and very thorough, professional, and friendly way. I can't recommend him enough and will call and ask for him for future plumbing and drainage needs.

Our water heater ruptured at 10:00 am and we were able to shut the water off. Roto Rooter had a tech on-site within an hour. It was replaced with a new one that was operational by 3pm. Their tech, William, is a great guy, very professional and personable.

Called Roto Rooter as we had a clogged drain pipe that was causing water to leak all over our laundry room. No came out within the projected window and got us back to normal and doing laundry again quickly.
