“The service was way overpriced. The problem was mid diagnosed and I paid for snaking through my toilet instead of going through the outdoor access point which they didn't look for. The camera was not able to be used so that service wasn't available although promised as part of the service. The diagnosis, which would have had me paying over $10k more would have had me excavating an area that wasn't even close to where the problem was.”

“Sam and John were great. Very nice men to work with and they were very knowledgeable and direct. The type of work I got done couldn’t come with a 6 month guarantee but they gave me their business card and told me to reach out any time to them directly. Since they’ve come to do the work, there hasn’t been a problem with our drain and it’s running smoothly! Would definitely recommend.”
