Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Curt was accurate with placing my order. Scheduling was at my convenience. The install had a couple of hiccups but the 2 installers were pros and found the correct solutions. The water tank deliverer was professional and she jumped right in to assist the installers to help with the hiccups and removed the nasty old tank. They worked well together and communicated with me and each other during the process. These pros were very knowledgeable, kind, cleaned up everything and they definitely take pride in their jobs. Thank you Ace!

Spencer and Dom are the best duo and great guys great conversation very knowledgeable about the heating system solved a problem that would fix my heating system and I would have no more problems. Thanks to Jeff Mccraken who help me with the financing for the heating project.

We used ACE home services twice in January. Heating system repair: Our under floor radiant heating system in the kitchen only had not worked since the first season after installation. We had a number of reputable HVAC/ plumbing professionals look at it but they all shook their heads and suggested an expensive split system. We contacted ACE Home Services and are so glad we did! Chris Wilson was not only interested, but positively enthusiastic about diagnosing the problem and looking for a solution. Despite the fact that we had given up and were considering a different type of heating system. He drew up plans and provided several options and did not pressure us to go with the most expensive one. A week later the team of Alex Acevedo and Juan Rodriguez Bernal transformed Chris’s drawings into a heating system that has been working beautifully! We especially appreciated having a warm kitchen given the subfreezing temperatures these last few weeks. Our kitchen went from 58 degrees to a consistently comfortable for us 68. The entire team was polite, considerate and excellent at explaining the process and what we could expect every step of the way. Each step of this process, from the initial phone call, to the diagnostic visit and the repair phase were timely and accommodating to our schedule. Clogged Drain: Ken Kulp arrived at the expected time, was courteous and promptly diagnosed our problem. He explained how we could easily solve the problem ourselves at a fraction of the cost, and it worked like a charm! We are grateful to have found a company with technicians who are so interested, knowledgeable and honest. We’ll definitely be calling Ace Home Services again.

Honestly, I do not even know where to begin! The team here are ANGELS! From Chris Wilson, who did the initial assessment and oversaw the project, to Mariano Flores-Serrato and Pat Cushin who were the AMAZING installers, and even Brian Brady, the Brand Ambassador. They were all kind, compassionate and professional. They had posted a very special giveaway on Facebook for a new Weil McLane boiler and we entered. When we won, we were blown away and so very grateful. I had to hug them, because it was such a blessing. With seven children, our A/C going this year, and our boiler overdue for replacement by decades, we were beyond thankful. The whole experience was wonderful. From their generosity of the boiler, installation, and parts all being covered, to the kindness and patience they showed, was something they deserve recognition for. With having 2 severely autistic children who characteristically elope, it is the top priority to keep our doors locked, alarms engaged, and more. And as you can imagine, that dramatically increases the difficulty level of their job. And we have had other contractors here, and even with their best they left things unlocked or slightly ajar. Not this team! Every single time they came in and out, they locked the door and were aware of their surroundings. They not only did a superb job installing, but they also treated our home and family with the respect and dignity as if it were their own. From now on, for every and any home repair or maintenance, these guys are it. I've included photos so you can see the old boiler and how we went from the prehistoric era into the 21st century. After getting 4 quotes, we chose to hire ACE to install a new furnace, AC unit and hot water heater. They sent Curt out within a couple days and he spent an hour walking around the house, taking measurements and assessing the job. We appreciated his diligence and awareness of the structural challenges in the space and our pre-existing ductwork, narrow pipes, etc. Knowing that he understood potential issues gave us comfort that there wouldn’t be any surprises during installation. We called Curt late on Friday, put the deposit on Monday and were scheduled for installation Wednesday. Debbie called Tuesday to let us know that the heater had to be sourced from out of state but would be there Thursday, even if they had to drive to Maryland to get it! They were also able to set up City parking permits and a crane with such quick notice. The crane company and Spencer’s team were there bright and early Wednesday to start - getting the AC unit up on our roof. All day, they worked diligently without any disruptions. They were super efficient, put down drop cloths, and cleaned up after themselves. Like Debbie promised, they came back on Thursday and spent 7 hours installing our heater. At the end of the day, Spencer walked me through operation, parts, install and the new thermostat. My husband and I were super impressed with how smooth it went and glad there were no surprises. I couldn’t be happier!
