Your tech install, Paul and his coworker Cole provided excellent service. They were very professional and polite. They installed the attic fan and went over the details of the installation and operation of the fan functions. Also, I would like to mention that the office always kept me updated on the installation and after the install
Kevin and Todd were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, super kind and professional about the whole installation and removal process of our boiler. Quick, efficient, clean — clear communication and confidence that let us know the work was being done right. Double checked to make sure everything was working right before leaving. I had a great experience with Mohammed and Brian from Ross. They handled my boiler maintenance and the installation of my mini splits, and everything was done smoothly and professionally. From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jose, who initially came out for the consultation, was also excellent. They were very informative and helpful in guiding us through the best options for our home. Overall, the entire team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ross to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.
Based on recent service call and quote for entire tankless system I give NH Ross a solid 5 rating. Both the technician, John, and sales rep., Jose were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Our cast iron boiler did the job for the last 23 years, however, recently the unit was costing us money so with the guidance of John @ Jose and some research we opted to go with the tankless system. This is an investment so prepare to spend some bucks but based on everything I was told these systems are worth the outlay. Installation is tomorrow so hopefully I will add additional positive comments. 🤞🙏 So installation is complete, took entire day Monday then another few hours on Tuesday. Lead tech Ty is fantastic, awesome professional. Unfortunately he was accompanied by inferior help yet was able to provide a clean installation time will tell if the system lives up to expectations. Now on the sales side, honestly thought I was buying a car not a heating system. Typical sales man comes in and if the sale isn’t instantaneous the old let me call the manager trick. After a brief conversation about my “needs” manager put is on hold and when he got back on $5k was cut off the price IF, cash deal, IF the installation was Monday, please note this was Saturday when we got the quote. Amazing how the manager was available on a Saturday but not on Monday when I called to ask a question about a water softening system, still have not received a call back but I’m not holding my breadth not to I care to get a call back. My advice to anyone dealing with their sales team, do your homework and DON’T let them pressure you for a fast decision. So, Ty the tech gets 5 stars, sales ah!
Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left. When they needed extra parts, I'll admit I thought here we go, they're gone forever. Nope. They stayed. Christian arrived in a flash, installed everything so quickly I barely noticed, and just like that, every single thing was handled, same day, one visit. Gayle. Paul. Cole. John. Christian. Every person was phenomenal. NH Ross has a customer for life. 🙌
