Gilbert was amazing to work with. He was very experienced and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Even though it was very late at night, he stayed friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently he handled everything. Highly recommend!

Vincent did an amazing job. He didn't give up when things didn't work out the first couple times. Very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. Vincent solved the clog issue in my kitchen sink. Said they would be here within two hours, ended up only being 45 minutes. Would definitely call and use roto rooter again.

Gilbert and his trainee Tommy were exceptional. We had a kitchen clog late at night and they were over within 2 hours with a good attitude. They were very clean and specifically pointed out items to move to ensure nothing g got dirty. They explained everything in detail, were very patient when discussing preventative maintenance, and were very kind. We were good as new within an hour. Highly recommend!

Christian was wonderful! We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into our kitchen downstairs, and he identified the issue quickly and remediated it as quickly as he could. Some parts of the process were challenging, but he stay calm and collected and positive about the situation. He also cleaned up as much as he could after the job was done. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
