Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My technician was propmt with his arrival, kind ,courteous and informative. He did an awesome job repairing my outside spicket!

I had a great experience with this plumber. He arrived within two hours of my call. He worked quickly and resolved my plumbing issues efficiently. He gave me maintenance tips to avoid further problems. Additionally, I was pleased that he took the time to resolve another problem that I had which I had not mentioned in my initial call. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Roto-Rooter…great company with nice honest employees. Complete sewer line replacement went flawless this week. Then, Mr Raif came back out to clear my sink drains in the bathroom. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this company every time!

They wanted $590 to run out a sink pipe. I opened it with Draino and a plumger. The price is prohibative.

Calls and texts for delays for the whole day then no call no show by end of day. Would not recommend

These people are complete SCAM artists and I will be reporting them to the BBB. 1st of all, they weren't able to give me a quote over the phone- even though it was a simple stuck drain cover in my tub. So sure enough, in comes some guy with another 1 in tow, that he was 'training' and looks at the drain plug and had the nerve to say to me that he'll fix it for $500. When i laughed & said another company had quoted me $225 but couldn't come out till the following day, he said 'fine, I'll do it for $275 for the convenience that I'm already here'. WTF!? I was so caught off guard- and honestly a bit scared- that these 2 unethical men were in my house, that I just said yes, to get them out of there. They had a little tool & popped the drain up in literally 10 seconds- I'm not exaggerating- and charged me $275!? The guy actually told me the 'technicians'' make more money by charging customers more- what a SHADY SHADY business- and this is what they're teaching new trainees, so clearly it's common practice to them. DO NOT USE!

Raif was absolutely exceptional. After being without running water for 36 hours and dealing with an already stressful situation at home, I was understandably overwhelmed. From the moment he arrived, he brought a sense of calm, compassion, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He truly listened to understand, not just to respond, and took the time to clearly explain every option available. Dan from the call center scheduled the service. I had explained the issue on yelp prior to the service call. I also explained when I scheduled the consult visit. Sent one gentleman out (Justin) and after he arrived we showed him the video of water gushing out. Needless to say he didn't even look at the problem himself and said he couldn't do the work by himself and would have to get another person because of osha requirements and it would cost us double the labor because two people would have to be paid and quoted thousands of dollars just to fix a pipe. My question is why did they send just one person out when I had explained the issue up front. Felt like the guy didn't want to do the work at all. Seemed happy to leave.

Leonard did an outstanding job fixing both my toilet and sink. He showed up on time, was professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issues. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it no confusion, no runaround. Both repairs were done quickly and properly, and everything has been working perfectly since. He was respectful of my space, cleaned up after himself, and made the whole process stress-free. If you get Leonard, you’re in good hands. I’d definitely call him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

My washer was literally draining in my master bathroom shower and toilet. On top of that our guest bathroom toilet was clogged. I called Roto rooter and the technicians came cleared out both bathrooms and the main sewer line with a 6 month warranty if anymore clogs! I felt so bad it was pouring down rain and very windy. This is the third time I’ve used their service and 💯cannot beat the prices or technical services. Just amazing customer service and great prices, timeliness, quality professional work. Thank you you for helping us out again.

I called a couple other places to get pricing, and when I called Roto- Rooter, they said their estimate is free. I said send him out. He was here within 20 minutes. Raif was so professional and polite. He spoke to us and we told him to get started. A couple hours later, everything was fixed and working better than before. Thank you so much Raif for coming and and fixing out plumbing issue. And thank you for being you! Professional, polite, very nice guy.

Leonard just left with Roto Rooter and was amazing. I told him exactly what happened and he knew two options it could be. He then explained them and gave me a quote for each. I asked him to go ahead and he went to straight to work. Fixed it and we are good to go. Keep in mind that if I turn on water anywhere in the house, it came out the bathroom toilet on the first floor flooding my floor. LEONARD IS AMAZONG, and ROTO ROOTER SERVED ME WELL.

Raif did a very neat and complete job. He finished the work, where the last repairman had not done all the final steps. Our toilet still needed to be secured to the floor, so it would not Rock from side to side. So Raif fixed it, no more loud cracking sounds, it's locked in place now and he caulked around it too. It looks good, he did a much better job.

I called Roto-Rooter to schedule same day service at 3 PM on a Saturday. Plumber Leonard was out within 90 minutes and completed a bathtub faucet stripped stem repair in about an hour. Repair was $499 and a tad on the high side but the quality service and quickness for this emergency repair more than made up for it. I would definitely use them again.

Technician, Kolli, was great. He came over on Easter Sunday and was able to uncog my main pipe that was backed up. Little did I know that I have a belly in my line that was causing the backup. He got another technician out there (for free) that diagnosed the belly through a line camera and gave me a reasonable quote. Fast, reliable service.
