I just cannot say enough about this company. I’ve been working with Joe and his team for about a year now and am so impressed not only with Joe’s knowledge but the level of service is the best I have seen from any of the contractors I have used refurbishing my home. I had an issue today (Saturday) and even though it was joes day off he drove a significant distance to ensure I have hot water for the weekend. Can’t say enough positive about this company.

Super informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Will recommend to friends and family in the future!

The best plumber on planet Earth

They wanted $590 to run out a sink pipe. I opened it with Draino and a plumger. The price is prohibative.

Calls and texts for delays for the whole day then no call no show by end of day. Would not recommend

These people are complete SCAM artists and I will be reporting them to the BBB. 1st of all, they weren't able to give me a quote over the phone- even though it was a simple stuck drain cover in my tub. So sure enough, in comes some guy with another 1 in tow, that he was 'training' and looks at the drain plug and had the nerve to say to me that he'll fix it for $500. When i laughed & said another company had quoted me $225 but couldn't come out till the following day, he said 'fine, I'll do it for $275 for the convenience that I'm already here'. WTF!? I was so caught off guard- and honestly a bit scared- that these 2 unethical men were in my house, that I just said yes, to get them out of there. They had a little tool & popped the drain up in literally 10 seconds- I'm not exaggerating- and charged me $275!? The guy actually told me the 'technicians'' make more money by charging customers more- what a SHADY SHADY business- and this is what they're teaching new trainees, so clearly it's common practice to them. DO NOT USE!

Dan from the call center scheduled the service. I had explained the issue on yelp prior to the service call. I also explained when I scheduled the consult visit. Sent one gentleman out (Justin) and after he arrived we showed him the video of water gushing out. Needless to say he didn't even look at the problem himself and said he couldn't do the work by himself and would have to get another person because of osha requirements and it would cost us double the labor because two people would have to be paid and quoted thousands of dollars just to fix a pipe. My question is why did they send just one person out when I had explained the issue up front. Felt like the guy didn't want to do the work at all. Seemed happy to leave.

Check it out hands down some of the GREATEST customer service from start to finish.My man happened to break his leg the week that they wanted to finish re-routing the water meters this company went above and beyond the call of duty . So we thank y’all very much Gauge,Jeff,Jacob and that other dude I’m so sorry I forgot your name! We will continue to advertise for your company very personable amazingly mannered men .Honestly felt like we were more than just customers more like extended family of course minus family drama.Thanks you guys and know when I’m anywhere and hear a water drip or a toilet that runs constantly I am forever asking people if they need a plumber because I have an amazing local company on speed dial….

My family and I are new to Florida and have no experience with hurricane season or Florida weather in general. 2 weeks ago the heavy rains flooded the street on the sides of our home and water started backing up into the master bathroom. My Husband contacted Local Plumber that same evening. Despite it being dark outside, heavy rain and flooded roads- Local Plumber still came out to see our problem. Josh took the liberty to get onto our roof to snake the drain and clear the blockage. It was a heroic effort and dangerous, these guys truly went above and beyond. They were prompt, professional and genuinely cared about our situation. The shower is working properly now- I couldn't be more grateful for the awesome service.

We woke up to a flooded home. The response from Tampa Bay Plumbing was great. The professional that was assigned to us, Ron M., was absolutely fantastic. The task was challenging due to both the location of the leak and the age of the pipes. Ron's professional can do attitude rose above each and every challenge. We are so pleased that we selected Tampa Bay Plumbing. We feel confident that our home is in good hands.

Great service as always with Local Plumber... and they back up their work. We've used them for several plubing projects over the past year including installation of a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. A leak developed about 5 months later and they were quick to come back out and fix the problem, at no charge. We will definitely continue to work with this company for future projects.

I had an urgent plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon, and Mike Torres from Local Plumbing came to the rescue immediately. He patiently waited for the city to shut off the water and spent several hours fixing the problem. Mike's professionalism and dedication were impressive. After our toilets and showers surprised us with sewage backing up this morning we called them and they got to our house quickly. The job was done in about an hours time. Professionalism shined through from the phone call to the technician. If we ever have to call a plumber again, this is the company we will be calling.

I was in emergent need of finding a plumber for a leaking pipe in my bathroom and took a chance on using Local Plumber. I'm so glad i did. These guys are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. If i, ever, have another issue, i will definitely use them again. I suggest giving them a try!!
