Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Having clogged toilets is a scary proposition, but we made the right call by calling Roto-Rooter. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and assured us that she would send someone out that same day. Harrison our tech put us totally at ease. He explained what the problem was, showed us pictures and gave us our options. He is very knowledgeable, confident and the work he did was very thorough and well done. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Harrison!

Josh and Ryan were so nice. They answered all of our questions and kept us updated as they installed the new water heater. We aren’t familiar with competitive pricing, but the service was excellent and we are well pleased. The water mitigation team, led by Ethan, were quick to respond and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His team was easy to communicate with and very polite. Ethan even helped to explain the situation to our insurance company when I called in the claim. We were very pleased. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

This was the first time I ever had to hire a plumber! My sewer line was completely blocked! I made that call to Roto Rooter. On a Sunday, the company had their Professional plumber, Harrison at my home. He was so curtious, professional and a pleasure to converse with. He solved the problem right away!! We found the clean out you missed on your three visits to our house. To be fair you only missed it the first time and simply never looked for it the next two times you came out. Since the problem was never resolved, it returned a few weeks after you left. So we opened our first clean out. Dry pipe. So we looked for a second clean out, found it & opened it up. Out came several ancient hunks of laundry detergent turned to rocks. You did NOT need to pull the toilet for the snake on your first visit, which included spilling the sewage in the hall and bathroom TWICE! Your estimate of $10,000 repipe offered on the second and third visits was NOT what was needed. The second clean out is about 25 feet from the one you found. Actually in plain view from there. I am including photos of the second clean out and the soap rocks you could not find and did not address. Your guess of a low spot in the pipe was not correct. You noticed we ran the laundry water outside/not thru the septic line. The soap was there over 8 years. The clog was simply NOT found. We are stunned how lame you are! We fixed the problem ourselves but paid you $650. Go figure! So, NOT calling you ever again.

I had issues with my water heater and had no idea what was causing it. I contacted Chandler Drew with Roto rooter and he came and in no time he found the issue. It was a busted water line I can’t tell you how much it made my life better. I would recommend them to anyone . Chandler was excellent
