I had a problem with a faulty toilet tank float mechanism that I could not resolve myself, so I called Roto Rooter. The plumber, Will, was here in a half hour and replaced the faulty mechanism in less than an hour. Will was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took great pains to avoid any leaks and to clean up. The price for excellent service was reasonable. I have used Roto Rooter before, and will do so in the future.

Randall seems like the most professional plumber I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers here in Charlottesville. He was very calm, clean, polite, informative, and really understood the problems we were dealing with and helped us take care of everything. I will definitely be trying to call him again next time something goes wrong

I have used Roto Rooter on numerous occasions for my rental property and the service has always been excellent. The appointments are scheduled quickly and Will showed up on time. Will is also very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the problem. He has replaced a water heater, repaired a leaking shower valve, fixed our well pressure tank and changed out our water filters. If I have a plumbing issue, Roto Rooter is who I will call. I know some reviews mention price, but you get what you pay for. The quick and accurate service is valuable, and I think their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend Roto Rooter.
