Our experience with Roto-Rooter was exceptional. The service technician, Kevin, went above and beyond. We called, everything was professional, on time, quality work, and a reasonable price. Recommend this company.

I manage a mid rise senior building and Vince has been out here a handful of times now and my residents love him. He's polite, explains what's happening and he's very knowledgeable. So very grateful for you guys.

Our techs were absolutely amazing. They came in, made sure the job was done RIGHT, and cleaned up the entire area and looked like no one was ever even there. I had been trying to get this garbage disposal and dishwasher installed properly since November with different companies, and finally decided to call Roto-Rooter and that was the best decision we could’ve made. Everything works perfectly and I have ease of mind knowing the plumbing is in good condition.

Eric was fantastic and fixed my problem...The panic I had he relieved for me...I can not express my gratitude enough...he was great....but the after care is not good....it took me 4 months to get the sidewalks poured and with a few months they were starting to come apart...they didnt fix all of what they were supposed and that i paid for....was emailing Nate that worked for them to find out he didnt work there anymore and given a different email address to again get no response at all....horrible job with replacing the sidewalks and never fixing around my mailbox that they broke all up with the backhoe.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen, which was further down line in the system. The tech arrived as scheduled, and he was a terrific young man. Unfortunately, he didn't have the proper equipment to snake out the line, and had to call into the office to let them know. I heard his entire conversation with his dispatcher, and she told him that nobody else was available that day to take care of it. She said that another tech would come the following day between 8-10 am. Nobody got in touch with me by 945, so I called them to be advised that no appointment had been scheduled for me. I spoke with the manager, and she was very accommodating, and got another guy to come out around 1130am. He was great, and got the job done within 30 minutes. My sole complaint with the company falls upon having techs making house calls without being properly equipped to do the job. It's a good thing that I called back today, because I would have been stuck with a clogged system for another day. Just updated my review to 5 stars due to the remedies I received from the office manger in regard to my situation. He did everything that he could to make it right. Thanks

Their after hour line pick up fast and had one of their technicians call me back on a Sunday within 20 minutes after calling them and the technician guide me on how to turn my water off due to it being a very old house and me being a first time home owner that knows nothing about plumbing I will definitely call them not for just advice but to use them to do projects for me

Provider showed up, introduced himself. I walked them down to the basement showed them what the situation was. He took it from there. He snaked it multiple times then he finally determined that it’s gonna need a new trap. The old one has rusted out very knowledgeable just waiting on his supervisor to come back out and quote the job.

Kevin from Roto-Rooter was a life saver! My 5 year old son flushed a small bottle down my brand new toilet and just when I thought I would have to replace it again, Kevin saved the day and was not only able to miraculously retrieve it, but he went out of his way to return the toilet after needing to remove it. Truly thankful!!!

Carlos my technician came pretty much an hour after I called which is super fast. He was professional, informative , and friendly. The issue with my sewage was solved rather quickly. So yes I am extremely happy with my results and will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family for sure.

Service was great again! I thought the seal was bad on toilet, it was clogged again. The service man stayed and made sure it was completely opened. It was all under warranty from when they were they a few weeks ago. Would recommend them! Thank you for a great job!

The tech was awesome. He found the source of the problem very quickly. Sadly it is an issue with the sewer main that has to be handled by the LCA, but he said that they will come back to check that everything is complete after the LCA comes, no additional charge!

Carlos was great! Courteous and professional! Its important to remember that when you need the expertise of a tradesperson, you are paying for the solution and not time. He had the clogged main line drain cleared and flowing in less than 30 minutes. Great work!

Jesus is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to try and figure out my problem. Not only that but he gave me a lot of information about my plumbing in the home in the event of a future issue. Highly recommend this company
