Great guy.. Trust worthy.

David showed up when on time and did a great job.

Quickly found the issue and fixed it. Took 3 different plumbers to get to the root of the problem. Now just gotta fix the ceiling one last time.

Edit: They replied quicker to this review than any call we left. Quite honestly, one of the worst companies I've had to work with. We had issues in our home with our sewerline - when we flushed the toilet, water would come up through the bathtub. We had family who live further away camera the line and determined our old clay-tile sewer line was impacted with soil and roots and broken, and would need a complete fix. Rooterman out in March to look at the problem. They originally snaked it, & said they would have to come back for a hydro jet. The hydro jet was scheduled for the end of the next week. The plumber showed up 6 hours late. They got busy with emergencies - which I understand, and would have been fine with, but no one ever called or texted or emailed me to let me know. A quick and simple communication would have made all the difference. In addition, when he showed up, the tank trailer they use for the hydro jet was empty, so they had to fill up using my water. Due to the fittings of my pipes they couldn't successfully hydro jet, and would need to do it from the roof, and would need to come back with another plumber on a different day. A week later they come back to get on the roof and hydrojet. That day, they also snaked from the basement drain. However, I wasn't told they were doing this, and they disconnected my utility sink in order to do so, got sewage all over my dehumidifer, and never cleaned up or reattached my sink. Then they asked me for contractor bags to put their equipment in. Ultimately all this trip did was completely fill our stacks with water, which later caused a sewage backup in our basement - an issue I had never had in the 9 years of owning the home. A week later they came out to give us an estimate to replace the line. He said he would need to contact the city about fill requirements, & would get back to us the next day. I did not hear from him or anyone else. I called and left messages the rest of the week, and never had a call returned. At this point, my fiance and I are just trying to get our utility sink repaired, because the fittings won't seal on the sink anylonger. We aren't able to due our laundry because the utility sink where the washer drains into has been disconnected for over a month. We had a plumber out on Saturday May 2, who said the fittings would need to be replaced, and we would be contacted Monday, May 4. We never heard from anyone. We called and were told they would call us back. That didn't happen. I called Tuesday, May 5, and was told they could have someone out the next Monday, probably. I said that we really need someone sooner, as it was RooterMan who disconnected our utility sink during a job and never reconnected it, and we need to be able to do laundry. They said they could check with a manager and call me back. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told a manager would call me. I asked would it be that same day, and I was told yes. I never recieved a call. All I want is for RooterMan to come back with the ~$20 worth of parts to fix my utility sink that they disconnected over a month ago. I can't imagine this would take more than 30 minutes. Tl;dr - If you want a job done poorly, uncompleted, have your materials used, and then have them ghost you, this is the company to go with. EDIT: To the Owner, You are correct that we wanted a full replacement, not the spot repair approved by HomeServe. Which is why we asked for a an estimate of out-of-pocket repair costs from your technician. As I stated in my original review, your technician tsaid he would call me the following day w/ his estimate. As I stated in my original review, he did not call, I called multiple times and left multiple message that week, and no message was ever returned. Your technicians 100% undid the piping of my utility sink to snake the drain underneath the utlity sink. I have pictures from that time that prove it. Calling me a liar to cover your bad work is what I would expect.

Great company if you wanna schedule to get something fixed then they never send you an invoice so they never show up and totally ignore your existence. Took the day off work and waited for them all day for nothing huge waste of time. Its okay me and my family can continue to not be able to wash our cloths or do our dishes or shower its fine. (Edit) the owner then replys to my comment completely lying about the conversation between me and the secretary. Whatever you gotta do to save your own skin. Knowing how the owner went about calling me a liar instead of trying to make it right shows what kinda business this is so be wary of working with a company like that.

Today.March 24 2026, I got my water meter and fixing change. By andre your technician. He looked out for me knowing that the water pipes and the main house were corroded. And the water meter was what's leaking. He called the water department and explained the situation to them that they have to fix the water meter or replace it . They came out and replaced my water meter from youngstown , water company. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left for today. I would recommend him to any plumbing job from home serve. Thank you, Andre.

Excellent service and very professional. Come with the proper tools to do all of the job. Austin kept me informed every step of the job and made sure I understood the process, and David answered concerns while they were working. They fixed the problem and did not leave until they made sure everything was correct and working. They cleaned up the area and made sure I was satisfied with the job.

Tyler from Rooter Man came out to my house and I ended up only needing the pilot relit, but he was very friendly and very nice and they came in a really timely manner. I had another company out here before them and that guy couldn't get my pilot lit no matter how much he tried and he was here for a good 30 to 40 minutes... but Tyler lit it right up. 🤷‍♀️ I would definitely recommend.

Our technician, Andre, and a second visit from Adam, was a really great experience. Both gentlemen were very helpful, kind, and thorough. The whole process was seamless and completed with professionalism. Communication from the company was great, service was timely, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our issues were handled. I would highly recommend!

Very nice and knowledgeable. He has to return couldn't shut of main water valve. The return was awful, they didn't call to tell me the truck broke down he was suppose to arrive between 12-2 pm ..he didn't get back until430 and had to leave to get the part needed , t here needs to be better communication with customers. I had to call them to get the Information.

My first time using this company and they canceled my appointment without even reaching out to let me know the reasons why until after I called and then for them to say that they called me and texted me a couple times which I don’t have on my phone any miss calls or unread texts. So if Communication is important to you look for a different company.

The service men were very polite and timely however, difficult to get call backs for scheduling final repairs for emergency need. We have no ability to run water for showers, flush toilets and were told we needed to wait 12 days. Please try and get us in earlier.

Tylor is as a nice guy but he had no protection for the floor or cabinets. His wet jet machine broke 15 minutes after starting so service is not complete.
