Bill quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem in a professional and courteous manner. He was a real life saver that day and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

We had a phenomenal experience with our technician. Bill prepared us for what to expect, was clear with pricing and worked quickly. Having people come into the home can be a vulnerable experience, but Bill made everyone feel comfortable; kiddo, pets and adults alike. He was exceptionally friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be using Rooter Man in the future (we have an old house with tiny pipes, so we know that we’ll be repeat customers).

Left a message and got a call back within 5 minutes from Tammy... She scheduled a tech to come to my home an hour later ( 4pm - 7pm window ) Bill got there 4:20 and cleared a main drain clog and was done within an hour...... I have been a home inspector for 20 + Yrs. I have heard many stories over the years from agents and homeowners about bad service and terrible experiences from contractors; but this is very disappointing! My water heater failed early this morning (Tuesday). Upon talking to customer service for Rooter man (just before 8am this morning) , I was assured they would be able to install a new water heater today. I asked if they could guarantee this. I was told "Yes". I asked if there would be 2 people to safely replace new heater and remove old heater. I was told "yes". At approx 11:15 am, an older plumber from the company arrived by himself and informed me that he could not get to it until next Monday! I wasted half a day waiting for this response. I have a family, we need to take showers! I was promised today! Now the day is half over, and the chances of hiring another contractor to get the job done today is less likely. Plus I took the day off work because they guaranteed same day service/install. Totally unacceptable!

Hired Tim from Rooter Man to perform a non-emergency repair of my bathtub drain. He did an excellent job and was very transparent about what was needed for the repair. He even offered suggestions about what parts I could purchase myself to save some money. I'll definitely use Rooter Man in the future if I have more plumbing needs.
