Thank you to Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating during our time of need! Our furnace broke down at a very inconvenient time and they responded very quickly to get us going. During the repair we noticed a few other issues that, for a 24 year old furnace, made more sense to replace the entire unit than throw more money at it. Dane and Zack were very professional and courteous with the removal of the old unit and install of the new unit. They replaced any necessary ductwork, tubing, etc in order to install this unit properly. Additionally, they noticed that our original install's venting was not to code and they corrected that issue even though it was not in the scope of our original work order. This new unit is very efficient and we noticed immediately that it does not take as long for the house to come up to temperature as it did before. Devin followed up on a separate visit to inspect their work and everything looked good. Alicia, Danielle and of course Ty were a pleasure to work with and everything went very smoothly with no unexpected surprises. Thank you to the whole Jack Hall team!

The team was incredibly helpful and responsive when our furnace died just days before a brutally cold weekend. They were flexible and accommodating, doing everything they could to get the job done as quickly as possible. Everyone was friendly, showed up on time each day, and did an excellent job with the installation. We also really appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward.

I purchased a new gas furnace, tankless water heater and central air unit. The whole experience was outstanding. Devin came to my home, took pictures. The estimate was thorough and explained everything. Jake and Brenn, the installers were courteous and professional and they were done in 2+ days. They still have to come back in the spring to install the central air unit but I am sure that will be just as smooth.

We had a superlative Samsung split system installed by Jack Hall and company. Jake and Bren were the technicians who spent 4 days in our house. They kept us informed about each step of the installation process. Whenever they entered our living area they wore disposable booties as not to soil our floors - another indication of professionalism and good customer PR. At the end of each day the work areas were meticulously cleaned. The scheduled arrival dates whether for estimating or installation were posted in advance and strictly adhered to which we found very refreshing. Another plus was the quality control walk thru by a senior member of the company at the completion of the job - all this service performed with a daily 90 mile round trip from the Jack Hall home base. Jack Hall is a star on our Christmas card list. Thank you all.

Chose Jack Hall after seeing quality of their work from pictures on their website.Devin whom gave the estimate was very personable and down to earth. He explained in detail what the whole process intailed and even followed up with a walk through on completion to answer any questions and run us through the operation of the boiler. Even the pictures I posted can't show how nice the workmanship is. The installers JH and BW were very neat and organized as well.
