When you don't know to much about plumbing and the guy shows up and shows you the leak isn't a major fix. Sometimes thing loosen up and just need to be tightened. 5 minutes worth of time and he said don't worry about today. I'd venture a guess not everyone would do that. Thanks Roberts!
Robert's has been Amazing! We pretty much have them on speed dial! Anytime we need anything they find time to fit us in and are always kind and speedy. They are also the most responsible we have ever found. :) we will never use anyone else given the chance.
We recently bought our first home. First of all the selling realtor for some reason had the house winterized two days before we closed, so when we did the final walk through nothing was turned on. Roberts was quick to come over and get the water back up and running. A few weeks later the water heater was giving us issues, turns out we needed a new one. They were very quick to get us one, make us aware of the prices, and install it. They have been amazing the entire process. I will definetely ONLY be working with them in the future.
Service was extremely sub par. We had to have someone come out 3 separate times for what we were told was going to be a simple fix. After the 3rd time we still had issues from the initial service call along with water damage to the bathroom and the dining room ceiling. This all happened back in November-December of 2018 and we are still waiting for the damage to be fixed. In the meantime, we hired another company who was able to fix the initial service call request AND made us feel valued. Roberts has lost my business. We are clearly not a priority and were an inconvenience to them. If anyone is looking for a company to help with plumbing work at a decent price A&S Plumbing comes highly recommended. They have been a blessing. We were able to have the problem fixed as well as have them install a new water heater and water softener system.
We called to have Robert's Plumbing come out to help us figure out our plumbing problems. I joked with the guy on the phone and asked how many millions they charged and he joked back $90 million. When he finally got here 2 hours later than planned he BS'd about his military background with my husband and when I reminded my spouse about it costing us a fortune and he should stop gabbing the plumber responded "No worries! No charge!" Bullsh*t! I got their bill for $180 a few weeks later! The guy was here for less than one hour and I was never told they have a two hour minimum. When I called, the office lady (who was VERY nice) said they do not have a minimum time and she would get back to me. Never did. In December we got a second bill stating Past Due still for $180. I have left two messages with no response. Gonna try again tomorrow.
