RJ Graham is the best!! We had an emergency water situation. They came out right away! Steve was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed everything!!

I've used RJ Graham Plumbing twice and will be using them for all plumbing needs going forward. A family-owned business that puts quality and service first. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, and basically just a pleasure to do business with.

R.J. Graham did the best for us! They were neat and efficient and got the job done and their pricing was very affordable for an unusual job. The plumber, Steve, was awesome too, very nice and courteous. Thanks RJ Graham, we will always call you.

They were managing sprinkler systems for 2+ years. Without warning, when I went to schedule my turn off for the season, I was told they no longer provided that service. Had no recommendations. Try finding someone reputable to do it late September!

Guy was on time to give a quote. Took forever to get out of van. Then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong about location of clog without even running camera through the pipes. Didn't seem like he wanted to do any work at all. Very disappointed in what we saw from him. Would not recommend.

I needed a water heater. Initially messaged RJ Graham a while back and Steve got right back to me and had a conversation with me explaining a few things I had questions about. Even then he was very patient with me and answered my questions. Fast forward about a year and a half and I messaged him again to now set up a date for an install. He came out and noticed I told him the wrong size of my current water heater. I told him it was a 40 gallon when it was actually a 50 gallon. He could have just installed the 40 gallon since that's what I told him and that's what he brought. Instead he did the right thing and did not install the smaller tank. He went on to explain to me why and told me we just wouldn't be happy with the smaller unit due to the size of my house and family and demand for hot water. He packed back up and we rescheduled when he could bring out a 50 gallon unit. The actual install was quick, efficient, professional, and clean! Steve and Reese respected my home and placed clean booties on their shoes every single time they came into my home. They were both very respectful and courteous of me,my time and my home. Steve explained everything they did, why they did what they did, a quick how to of the unit. I would not hesitate to call RJ Graham back to my home for any plumbing need. Like I said, he had to come out to my house twice (my mistake), did not charge me any extra and did not act put out or irritated by this. He did it all with a smile and professionally. I can not recommend RJ Graham enough!

I came into town to move my 19 year old son to Mokena. Right after we arrived the same day, the refrigerator broke. We pulled it out and noticed a copper water line. This house is super old, and we were not comfortable messing with it. Not knowing the area, I checked Google and just selected this plumbing business. I called at 9 am and a sweet, beautiful lady answered the phone. I told her the situation, and she explained she was booked solid. But as we talked a little more and told her I would be leaving soon and another fridge was on the way, she called her husband, who is the owner, and he agreed to fit us in. 2 hours went by, and there was a knock at the door. The owners son came, who is also a plumber. He knew what to do. And not only did he disconnect the line, but also took the time to show my son everything. This was not so easy. As this house was very old and had to go into the ceiling and find the water cut off. He was so very nice and knew his job. He was professional, friendly, kind, and the whole family was very accommodating. These guys are our new plumbers. And as much as I love giving this well-deserved review, I just know they will be even more busy now. Thank you for coming to the rescue, R.J. Graham plumbing.

Have been using Rj Graham plumbing for years now.. Well run company where customer satisfaction is number one.. Had clogged drain and unlike other times this one stopped everything in house. Called them night before and when they opened called us right away…mentioned they were all booked for today but would be out next day… Before hanging up said …if unable to use upstairs plumbing to call back(tried upstairs and everything started to back up at problem spot downstairs.) They got back to me within the hour and said we’ll be out today!! Steven our plumber was polite and very attentive to our new carpet. He was informative and did a excellent job clearing the drain… Made sure it was to our satisfaction.. As I have stated before about RJ Graham plumbing, there are so many 1-800 companies that promise this or that but RJ plumbing DELIVERS! Thanks again Steve and thanks again RJ Graham plumbing!!!

This was an amazing experience! I was recommended by a former co worker and let me tell you they didn't disappoint! When I called to get an estimate, I spoke with June. She is the most personable and amazing manager. I told her what I was looking for and she asked a few follow ups to make sure her tech was informed. Turns out it's a family business!! Her husband came out and went over everything and gave a "high" quote. But it only looks high until you see why. With my hot water heater, there is a 5 year warranty. Included in the price of install is 5 I repeat 5 yearly maintenance flushes included. I asked why and they said they want to make sure everything works well. This team is built on service and these days that means so much. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs!!!

I have used RJ Graham a few times before and the service was outstanding. However, earlier this week they replaced our water heater. I gladly paid $1650 because I knew it would get done without any issues. However, the plumber did not tell me to turn on all the faucets upstairs to get the air bubbles out before flushing the toilet. As a result, when we flushed the toilet upstairs bubbles came up and there was a popping noise and now the toilet is loose and wobbly and needs to be fixed. Now RJ Graham told me that there is no way that the bubbles coming up thru the system caused the wobbly toilet and there will be another fee to come out to check it out. Very disappointed and now I have to find a different plumber for future work.

This company was great to work with in terms of their honesty, fabulous work, and communication. We had tried another company first and that was a big mistake. That other company did such a temporary fix that the blockage resumed right after they left. They would not guarantee their work and wanted to just upsell us to the hydro jet which would cost $1200 more. Everywhere that company failed us, RJ Graham was the opposite. Steve was upfront of what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He did a great job and explained what he was doing and why. The company gave us a one year warranty and it cost less than the first company that scammed us. Put your faith in RJ Graham Plumbing and Steve and you won't be disappointed.

Each day has been a little trying, since our home was significantly damaged. Rob patiently went through my list of 'to dos' and 'to price outs' while explaining things (in a way I understood) and answering my questions. I was so relieved to learn he could do what we wanted. I appreciated that he created a way to safely and securely install the items so that no further damage is done to our home or its people. Also, it was a relief to have that shower drain cleared out for guests. I very much appreciate Rob's efforts on our behalf and I'm looking forward to working with him on the other projects that he's pricing out. Oh! I also loved that he sent a text message with his picture when he was on his way.

I usually don't take the time to post a review but after the fantastic service I received I had to take a minute to do so. Steve installed a hot water heater and a sump pump with battery backup. He was prompt, professional and explained everything from Start to finish. He even too the time to show my curious kids what he was doing and explained why. From setting up the appointment (the young lady that answered the phone was very friendly and got me scheduled right away) to the prompt and professional service I received from the plumber I couldn't be happier. If you need a plumber, rest assured that RJ Graham will get the job done right. I won't use anyone else from now on.

I had Steve come out and do a detailed inspection of all of piping functionality. Another plumbing company suggested we do a service that would have cost us over $600. I called RJ Graham Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. Steve took his time to check everything out and explained everything in great detail. He addressed other issues worth fixing that made much more sense than what the other company was suggesting. He fixed some minor clogging issue in one bathroom and didn’t even ask for a dime. I would definitely recommend this company for an honest and detailed estimate and inspection of your plumbing.

After looking into a few companies I decided to go with RJ Graham to replace my main sump pump and install a battery backup pump. The guys who came were very professional and had the job done in about 45 minutes. After they were done they explained how the backup system works, how to disable the alarm, etc. Well priced and they give a 3 year warranty on the system. About a week later the power went out during a storm and the backup pump came on exactly how it was supposed to which saved me from a basement flood and huge headache. I'd recommend these guys and absolutely use them again.
