I've used them twice now. They've been excellent both times. For the last job, they were able to get out within a couple of hours of my call. Sergio is an amazing technician and very professional. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work that they do.

Prompt response, professional service and my replacement hose bib works well. Why 2 stars? The repair took less than an hour but I was charged over $600! I never received an itemized receipt or explanation to justify the cost, so I can only assume they charge as much as they feel they can get away and/or charge extra for small jobs.

We just bought a house in Sevierville and needed some plumbing work done. Not knowing any plumbers I searched the internet and saw a lot of different plumbers shown but the name Righty Tighty Plumbing caught my attention. I contacted them on Monday and Aaron came there Tuesday morning to give me an estimate and I explained we needed to leave town on Thursday. He was able to get the required materials and was there early Wednesday morning. Prior to his arrival I got a text message saying that he and Sergio, another plumber were on the way. The text showed their pictures and a brief personal message about each of them. You felt like you knew a little about them and didn’t have two complete strangers coming into your house. It was raining when they arrived so I was a little concerned about the new carpet we had just installed. The first thing they did was place drop clothes across the carpeted areas. Each individual work area was covered with drop clothes. They cleaned up each work area and removed all the trash. After they were through with the work Aaron took me to each area they had worked in and showed me new items and how to work the things they had changed. I was very pleased with everything they did. If you need a plumber don’t be fooled by the catchy name of Righty Tighty, the guys are true professionals and it shows in their work. I highly recommend them.

When it rains it pours or in our case no hot water. We had four other companies tell us the water heater needed to be replaced and there was no chance for repair. The quotes ranged from $10,000 to $15,000. We were also replacing our roof the same week our water heater went out. Sam at Mighty Dog Roofing (look them up) provided us a reference for Righty Tighty Plumbing. Aaron came out the same day, told us it could be repaired, and did not recommend a full replacement. We were told by three other plumbers it could not repaired even one attempted to light the water heater (incorrectly) demonstrating it was a lost cause. Aaron lit the gas for our water heater and temporarily repaired so we could have hot water that night. He came back the next day to made the repairs. He was honest and ethical about we needed without trying to sell us a costly tankless water heater with a water purification system. Aaron is the only plumber in my contacts now and I highly recommend him for all of your plumping and gas needs.

Had an outside spiquet freeze and cause water issues this winter. A few men at church recommended this plumbing business. I called and spoke with owner, Erin. He was very patient, helpful and candid about the price range my situation would cost. He educated me on the "why" it happened, too, which was educational & appreciated! He sent out Sergio & Christian the very next day. These two were delightful to have working around my pets and in my home. They did a thorough job and really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the work. There was unexpected moving of things in my garage and they cheerfully did that with care & respect. There is a 2 year warranty on their work which was a great peace of mind. Highly recommend this company for Plumbing needs!

Aaron was the technician that did the work for us. Had a faucet replaced and a good amount of work done under the sink. Replaced and upgraded valves and pipe. The experience was great. Timely, efficient and friendly. Didn't push anything on me or try to sell me anything. The work he did was done quietly too. It was obvious Aaron knew what he was doing and he did a great job. I had called a few other companies before this one and they told me I was out of their service area. Like most people, we're all looking for a good reliable and cost friendly place to not only do business with but that 'Go to' place that's our first choice every time. I believe I have found it here.

I had a great experience with Righty Tighty Plumbing! My sister, who is a realtor with GSMAR, recommended them to me and I’m really glad she did. Sergio arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly and personable. The leak we were dealing with wasn’t easy to find, but he stayed patient and persistent until he figured it out. He then came back the next day with his assistant to complete the repair, and together they got everything fixed quickly and professionally. Both of them were a great representation of the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Righty Tighty Plumbing again—although I definitely hope I don’t have to anytime soon!

Aaron came by with his guys today and helped us out of a very tough spot. Very many leaks, stuff that’s going to be costly to fix. They came not only at nearly 8 pm at night to take care of our emergency, but their prices were more than affordable. It’s tough out here right now for everyone. This business is professional and affordable and I think that’s what we all need right now. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have!

Aaron is very polite , knowledgeable plumber. Done exactly what he needed to do. Explained what he was doing. Even talked to the ETUtility District people.. which after finding out issues were on the city. Stayed right there with the job, and talked with them. He made me comfortable when stepping up to talk with the City. I recommend him to anyone. Also, would call him again, if I had other issues.

They have been the best plumber I could possibly hope to work with. Had a very hard and unique installation and Aaron and his whole team could not have been any better at their skill, communication, and price. When I had a question he was there within minutes in person to help me navigate my new system. I feel like I made a life long connection. Can’t imagine why you wouldn’t use this company.

Righty Tighty Plumbing came to the rescue when I had a bad leak coming from my dishwasher. Sergio and Chris were very professional and friendly. They immediately worked on and fixed the problem. Their rate was also very reasonable, which is also a plus! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their plumbing at home or business. I give them 5 Stars! Aaron did an amazing job! We are in the midst of an extensive whole house renovation and he was instrumental in replumbing all our sewer and water lines. He did this all while working around our renovation needs/schedule. His skill and professionalism is second to none and he stands behind his work. Will definitely use him for all future plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone!

So thankful to have seen the great reviews on the Wears Valley FB page for Aaron w/ Righty Tighty Plumbing!! Aaron scheduled a time range and text us when he was on his way. He called the next day to confirm everything was woking correctly. It is great to know that we have found a dependable plumber and if needed will definetly use Righty Tighty Plumbing again!
