What a great experience! I love supporting local, family businesses and this one did not disappoint! I needed a new sink and faucet installed, a garbage disposal, and my gas stove hooked up. I got an appointment within a few days. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They did a great job with the install and the rate was very reasonable.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from RickyJay Plumbing. Scheduling was extremely simple, and the technician, Mike, arrived right on time. He took the time to listen to my concerns regarding low water pressure in our home before quickly identifying the issue and replacing the faulty water pressure regulator in short order. He was professional & efficient throughout his visit. I highly recommend RickyJay Plumbing and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I am highly pleased with RickyJay work. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. They took every effort to complete the work in a timely manner. They made sure all items were installed properly and kept rechecking while completing other work to insure no issues come up. Quest just left our house after doing a wonderful job replacing our garbage disposal. More than that, he was so kind and patient and was so great with my 7 year old wanting to help. He explained everything and answered ALLLLL the question without missing a beat. If there were 10 stars I would give a 10 star rating. My initial contact with Mike and then the installer of my bathroom vanity, Brian, was amazing. Both men were very knowledgeable, professional, yet very personable. Brian replaced the pedalstal sink with the vanity cabinet. I am feeling very grateful for the service Ricky Jay Plumbing provided. Also, Kim the office representative whom I spoke with on several occasions could not have been more kind and accommodating.

Technicians were polite and on time. They showed me photos of the work. Thay explained how and what needed to be done. They gave me a great estimate. I will continue to call Ricky Jay for all plumbing issues.
