“I paid high dollar service and got low dollar work. I won't use them again. I paid them to install new fixtures and it isn't flush or even sturdy. It looks worse than what I had in before. They are scammers who don't know what they are doing. I will be submitting a better business complaint again them.”
“Service call was a joke. "Plumber" knew almost nothing except "replace". No grasp of repair or mitigation. Entry level service and company.”
“I had an issue with the water continuing to run after the toilet was flushed, which could not be controlled by turning off water to the bowl so it ran for more than 24 hours. The 2nd bathroom had a similar issue but the water could be cut off. The plumber arrived to give an estimate, which took nearly an hour and a half. After an hour he asked if there was another toilet in the house in which I showed the 3rd …”
