Work performed by the owner Chris Connor. Replaced water heater in a very timely manner. He was honest to tell me that he had the wrong size vent coupling installed and would return the next day with correct coupling. I would have never known that it was not the right part unless he told me. He made sure everything was up to code. Very friendly and explained everything very well and gave me very good information and tips about water heater maintenance and other good information tips that he noticed about my house that I needed to check on.

Chris replaced my water heater, replaced my toilet flush arm and flapper so the tank would stop running, installed a new disposal when the old one couldn’t be saved, and rebuilt my leaking kitchen faucet. When he first came out to assess, he explained the most likely causes of each problem, and when he came back out to fix, I appreciated him describing the components of and easy fixes for the parts he was working with. Everything is working great. Would hire again!

Highly recommend!!!! I’ve been dealing with a complicated water shut-off issue for the last 2 years. Mr. Connor handled it quickly. He responded promptly to my call and request. I wish I’d known about him and called sooner! Mr. Connor was clear and direct. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Some folks try to take advantage of homeowners, especially in the midst of complicated issues like mine, but Mr. Connor showed honesty and integrity. No nonsense. No gimmicks. Call him first!

Chris called me back quickly and was able to come to my house the same day for a drain clog emergency. He called again when he was 20 minutes away so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he communicated the expected cost for his service and promptly began diagnosing the cause of the clog. He cleared the clog that had been caused by a tree root then removed the roots. I highly recommend Chris at Connor Plumbing!

Chris was on time. He is very detailed oriented and gave me an estimate before he began working. Chris showed me the issues with my plumbing leak. I trust Chris to do excellent work and trust his honesty He spent hours on my plumbing leak to figure out the issue and repair

We had issue with our water heater leaking from lower tank. Mr. Connor came out in the day of the call to help us restore water heater and gave me guidance on how to maintain.
