Our request for service was met the same day. They were professional, friendly, and Cody explained the choices available for repairs. I have worked with Rick’s multiple times and have never been disappointed.
Ernie was quick to arrive, diagnose, and repair a leaking pipe at my house. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The price was reasonable too. I only call Rick's when I need plumbing work!
We were blessed to have Cody come out today to reset our toilet. He did an excellent and efficient job. Every experience we have had with Rick's Plumbing over the last few years has been very good they provide not only quality services at a reasonable price, but their employees are timely, very competent, and courteous while providing these services. Bathroom sink was clogged up and Ernie looked at it and had a $15000 repair of sink and shower drain. One week later our bathroom sink was leaking again. Talked with Rick and he was rude and condescending. We will take our business elsewhere.
I was visiting my Mom in Texas when a hot water line broke under the slab floor. The service we received during this 4 day ice storm was beyond top notch. The staff kept communications with us during the whole process. The plumbers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They were prompt, trustworthy, ethical and they kept the site clean. I can't express how well they treated us. I live in Washington, MO and wish I had a plumbing service this good to call in an emergency. Thank you Martin for taking such good care of us and braving the ice to help us! You are truly amazing.
