Hunter was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, worked delicately and swiftly! Really appreciate his time to get things up and running in a timely manner! Highly recommend Airmasters!!! And will forever have us as a customer!
Had a cracked condensation line that we discovered at 8pm. Called Air Masters and they had a tech out within 30 minutes and was done by 9pm. Reasonable after hours service charge and the tech was professional and did a great job.
Our heat went out during the snowstorm. The team was outstanding responding within 20 minutes. Josh is very knowledgeable, courteous and accurate on the repairs. We truly appreciate all that your team did for our family. I highly recommend them for any repairs or maintenance. They have gained a customer for life.
David came out today for our contracted winter check on the heating system. There are not enough great words for this review on him. He is very personable and caring about our system. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and explaining everything. He took his time and wasn't in and out. We brought up the fact that we didn't feel like the tech that came out in the spring had checked the ac unit outside properly. He checked it and cleaned it properly. Said it was very dirty and agreed with us that it didn't appear to have been done. Thank you David. Looking forward to seeing you again on our next check up
Caleb was the nicest ever and deserves 10 stars. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, kind, and not a pushy salesman at all. He shared some of his experiences with other clients who had purchased the ac systems and what he had seen regarding the reliability. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer gentlemen to give us a quote and make us feel comfortable about such a big purchase. 😁
