Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean. I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. They'll take great care of you!

Pete came out 3 times to diagnose a leak with no commitment until he knew the problem. Good guy, knows his stuff, very professional. I will call him for any future plumbing needs.

We've had Vincent out a couple times now, he and the Rescue Plumbing team are great to work with. Will always be going back to them.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called to get help with our garage disposal and the quote was insanely high. Called someone else and they did the work for more than half the price. DO NOT USE RESCUE PLUMBING

I'm sure they can install a new water heater at sky-high prices but don't call them for emergency hot water repair as they will just come out tell you need a brand new unit and refuse to repair it and of course charge for the visit. All the large companies do this, roto, 4 seasons etc but I was willing to try Rescue and they were no different.

I am so pleased with the service I received today from Pete and Omar. I scheduled a service visit last night and they arrived first thing in the morning to handle our obnoxious washing machine drain problem that’s been a thorn in our sides since we purchased our unit years ago. Not only were they kind and professional, but Pete walked me through all my possible options for repair. We live in a “quirky” old building that has a slew of plumbing issues, not including those within our unit. They gave me information about our drain configuration that other companies had not mentioned and knew exactly how to tackle the problem and give us an estimate. We had them rod our drain while we mull over the estimate and plan of action, and they went above and beyond. After discovering my supply hoses were on their last legs, they set us up with an extra durable set so they will ideally last for years. They bill by the job (which I appreciate given our building is old and repairs are sometimes more time-consuming) and took their time making sure their work was sturdy. Pete taught me about things as he went and alerted me to a valve issue (and other issues) that we’ll need to tackle down the road. I was just remarking to my husband several days ago that there’s no integrity left in business, but Pete and Omar certainly reversed that opinion. This means a lot, especially being a female client who is used to being talked down to or brushed aside. Thanks, guys!

Pete and Noah came out to repair 3 things and did a quick and amazing job. They replaced a hosebib, replaced a drain assembly in a bathroom, and diagnosed, and fixed a rust issue in our shower, all in 3 hours, including getting parts. The best part of their work is that they explained the problem and how they were going to solve it. They also listened to all our questions and answered them seriously. If you hate it when service providers talk over or past you and do not explain their logic, you'll appreciate Pete. Next best thing is that they do not nickel and dime you. While replacing a steel nipple on the shower head, they also flushed the water system to eliminate a bunch of residue that had been reducing our shower pressure, no extra charge. Last thing that I appreciated was that Noah is Pete's son; it's great that he is learning the trade from his dad. They are definitely the first people we'll call when we have a plumbing issue again.

We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.

I can't bring to express how happy and pleased I've been with Rescue Plumbing! I had basement flooding that 5, yes 5 other plumbers could not figure out. I ended up needing major inside and outside plumbing work done to fix the issues. I worked with Pete and Noah and throughout this process and they were quick, accurate, professional. They have done the job and done it right and I finally don't have to worry every time it rains if my basement will flood or not. I know it will not flood now and I'm thrilled. Thank you!!!

Just had Pete and his son come out for an estimate to run a gas line to my laundry closet to hookup a dryer. He was very honest in that the significant cost to convert the dryer from electric to gas was not worth it, and that I should just switch the outlet from 110v to 220v. Other plumbers might have pushed me to into the job, but I really appreciate him being truthful with what’s necessary, especially since I know nothing about plumbing. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. I picked Rescue Plumbing based on their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. They are very responsive (another company I called didn’t answer and never responded to my voicemail). Dex was the main plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dex has a lot of experience and both explained and showed what he was doing. The prices are reflective of emergency plumbing but worth it if you need something fixed quickly and done well.

I'm so very happy with the professionalism and quality of work from Fred and Rescue Plumbing. Fred made what seemed to be a difficult job, look effortless and restored the kitchen sink to new. Fred's communication was great; he let us know when he was going to arrive and walked me through how to result the issue going forward. He is an outstanding professional. If any plumbing needs arise in the future, Fred will be the man for the job! Thank you!

Pete and his team were awesome. Our dishwasher wouldn't run, except for one hour quick wash. Three different people gave three different diagnosis. Pete was the only one who caught a pinched copper pipe under kitchen sink. He assured that it was the only problem and dishwasher will run fine after the fix, that's exactly what happened. Easy appointment, free estimate, honest diagnosis and quick fix. I highly recommend them.

I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!
