Fast and clean! They walked me through the new setup. Very Fast, I called late Monday early the next day they were out and installed my heat pump and furnace.
Our furnace went out we called Lowes for an emergency Tech; they had referred us to ARS/Rescue Rooter. The serviceman came when they said, he did everything he could, very polite and knowledgeable. Our furnace was old so we chose to get a price on a new one. The next day the Salesman was here first thing in the am as they said. Matt was very knowledgeable, super polite and no High pressure sales. A comfortable feeling. Tomorrow we get our new furnace/ac. installed.
ARS has been great in many ways from the signing up process through the communications with the main office. The finance people relentless in resolving issues. The technicians that came out. I’m so impressed with their being on time setting up the equipment. ARS resolving all issues that came up being relentless. Making sure things are working 100% the cleanup was really good. Couldn’t tell the difference when they left that recent work had been done other than the new equipment. I can’t thank ARS enough for helping me with resolving my situations. In choosing a modern new sleek efficient system. Also the people that are so outstanding like Patrizia, Jesse, & William, etc.. These professionals are such a blessing to be working in tandem for ARS with my total HVAC combo purchase.
I scheduled service and they were able to book same day. Terry came to descale two tankless water heaters. He was professional and explained everything. I went with adding a Flow-Tech home descaler system which will end annual descaling service calls. He checked my two sump pumps that are approaching 9 years of age and determined they both were working well and could wait a while longer before replacing. I felt he was honest throughout the visit. Highly recommended.
ARS handled the failure of my Nest thermostat well. I purchased a new furnace and central air conditioning system 18 months ago and they did the warranty work quickly and properly. The only issue I had was in scheduling. This seems to be the nature of the business as “no heat” calls are prioritized.
