Rentmeister Total Home Service

They came to work on my AC as fast as possible. I expected to be put on a list and wait several days. But the clerk called around and made arrangements to have a tech come the same day. They saved me from a hot house that day.

first time customer. i had rentmeister come out to my house today to service my tankless water heater, furnace, and central air. i am very pleased with their service. great overall price. no phantom repairs needed. no efforts to upsell me anything. altogether, the experience was pretty good...

We had such an honest tech! We signed up for the gold plan for HVAC maintenance. After visiting our home, he advised us that with our new system, the silver plan would be sufficient. That is 100$ cheaper per year. He gave advise in the best interest of his client. This impressed me. Rentmiester has our loyalty from now on!

Had my water heater replaced today. Was grateful as I called in the morning about a gas leak, and they came same day to check it out. They quickly identified the leak and said they could fix it, but would need to take the water heater out to fix it, so we opted to replace the entire thing as mine was already 6 years old. They had everything on the truck and stayed late to get it finished, which was so appreciated. Would have rated 5 stars, except I had to vacuum and shampoo some stains out of my carpet after they left. Overall great service.

Ben my technician was awesome today! Great customer service from start to finish! And I truly appreciated how detailed with the work needed he was and did a great job at explaining everything! Very pleased with his work and customer service today!
