When our 33 year old furnace was showing signs it would need replacing soon, we contacted three well established HVAC companies for quotes. When Chris from Reimer came out to give us a quote, he gave us pricing on a couple of different options we asked for and did a fantastic job not putting any pressure on us to make a fast decision while providing us all the information we needed and answers to all our questions. On several occasions after he left our house, he replied quickly to some follow up texts. Most importantly, he gave us absolutely 100% accurate expectations on what would be done, when it would be done and how long it would take. Our technicians, Will S. and Kyle B. arrived right on schedule and replaced our 33 year old furnace and 21 year old water heater and did a great job. They fabricated all needed to make everything fit for perfectly with our existing ductwork. They were polite. They answered all questions and cleaned up very well afterwards. They completed the job in the time I was told, even during a heavy snow fall in the middle of the installation Feb. 20. We will be working with Reimer again for other needs.

I love this company. As a owner of a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage firm called Harrison Hayes International Realty, and have worked in the industry for many year. This is without being faked the best company to work with for HVAC. As an investor myself, I will be using this company for all my personal deals in Albany NY and Troy NY. Absolutely recommend Reimer. I originally called because my kitchen sink was leaking, and they ended up saving me thousands in potential water damage. When Josh came out to run the estimate, he suggested checking my water heater as well. It had been covered by a wall, and he carefully helped me remove the panel to inspect it. It turned out the water heater had already failed and was actively leaking. If this hadn’t been caught when it was, it would have caused significant damage to my home. Anthony and Brad (pictured) were professional, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, fixed multiple issues efficiently, and treated my home with care. My cats are very friendly, and by the end of the day, Anthony and Brad had become their best friends. I’m extremely grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reimer to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Organized outfit with competent plumbers. The work was well done and they kept me informed of plans and progress. My primary complaint was their attempt to upsell a bit. The water systems the carry and install are very high end so they were asking for $6000 for a filtration system and magnetic descaler when I was mostly trying to resolve a question about an old water softener (in addition to the rest of the work).
