“The technician who came out was fine and got my boiler temporarily running, but their price quote for further work was outrageous. They quoted me over $1,200 for a 'Level 3' maintenance package and a new ignitor. I shopped around and got the actual repair and necessary maintenance done by another local company for a fraction of that cost. Definitely get a second opinion before signing anything.”
“Plumbing repair was ok, time ultimately will show how well the repair is. The plumber told me the office would contact me for payment. Two business days transpired without them contacting me. I Then received a voice message, indicating I was trying not to pay. I returned the call within three minutes and paid in full. That did not stop the harassment calls. The next four hours I received three additional calls …”
