Robert did an excellent job winterizing my steam heating system. The technician was professional. He was thorough in checking all components. My system is running smoothly and I have confidence it’s ready for winter. Highly recommend!
Robert was very good. Very polite and although I didn’t agree with his evaluation initially he stuck to his guns in a very nice way and in the end I agreed with his evaluation because of his very logical explanation. Actually if we had gone our route it would have cost a lot. I recommend him and the company
Tom Doyle was fantastic. Very professional, kind and efficient. Also, saved me a headache by identifying another plumbing issue that I hadn’t previously seen. Update: My heating system failed in the same week. Joseph Russo came to fix the problem. Another excellent professional with elite customer service. He was very transparent, polite and knowledgeable. Rebmann plumbing has fantastic hiring practices and won’t try to nickel and dime you. I’ve been using them for years now. I will use them for many years to come.
The technician who came out was fine and got my boiler temporarily running, but their price quote for further work was outrageous. They quoted me over $1,200 for a 'Level 3' maintenance package and a new ignitor. I shopped around and got the actual repair and necessary maintenance done by another local company for a fraction of that cost. Definitely get a second opinion before signing anything.
Plumbing repair was ok, time ultimately will show how well the repair is. The plumber told me the office would contact me for payment. Two business days transpired without them contacting me. I Then received a voice message, indicating I was trying not to pay. I returned the call within three minutes and paid in full. That did not stop the harassment calls. The next four hours I received three additional calls harassing me for payment. I had to call and explain that I had paid in full promptly when billed. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did.
