They did excellent job replacing my moen shower valve and clean up afterwards. They were professional and efficient. Finished the job within two hours. Great experience. I highly recommend this team.
I have been looking for a reliable plumber for several years after mine had to sell his business. Very happy I found 1-Tom-Plumber, the tech Will was exceptional, professional, had a cheerful attitude even after the 2026 blizzard at 8am in the morning. He diagnosed the problem and let me know what the options were and the cost. Even though it was expensive, the result was worth it. Now I have peace of mind that the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend Will and this company.
I needed a separate spigot added to my water line on the outside of my house. David came by and was thorough and honest in his assessment. He explained why everything needed to be done and how it would be done. He was very courteous and extremely professional. I am extremely satisfied with the work he did. Thank you again David and the team at 1-Tom for the excellent communication and professional work.
What a great company!. Customer service was really nice and they provide a fast appointment! David from 1-tom-plumber came to help us with a pipe that completely corroded. He was extremely professional and walked us through how he was going to fix the pipe. I like that he took the time to carefully explain everything and provided the price and a full breakdown of the price in writing before we agreed to the work. His work was fast and seemless and everything was perfectly clean afterwards. We will absolutely use him again in the future!!
