The repairmen John and Chris took care of the leak. However, we didn't find out until today that the two "geniuses" didn't return the washing machine drainage hose to the drain pipe. Set up a time for work to be done a week in advance (I took off work to be there to give them access to the house), when it came time for the appointment they were a “no call, no show”. I finally got in touch with them and they said they had emergency work to do that morning and would call me later that day to set up another time to come out and do the work. Once again no call …”
“This is NOT a company you want for your plumbing needs. We were having a weird sound coming from our pipes. We called Ray's Plumbing and they sent out two guys who went to each bathroom and the final two bathrooms and said there were a leak under each faucet. Funny thing is there was not a leak in either of those places before they came. They asked if they could fix both places and I said yes. After repairing …”
