This group was one of three that I called. First, they actually answered the phone and didn’t use an AI agent to screen their calls which was exactly what the other two did. I am not going to navigate your AI to get a simple answer to a simple question. Secondly, they were prompt in reviewing my need (dryer duct cleaning) and gave me a fair price for the work. Lastly, they did the job as they said they would and the tech was very nice and helpful to boot. I learned that they do plumbing as well and will be calling them for those needs in the future. Great communications throughout. Highly recommend this organization. Bravo!
Truly so thankful for Rapid Response for their extraordinary service and skills as we renovate an old house! Tyler in particular has gone above and beyond, and anytime in the future a plumbing need arises, we will always ask for him! Particularly during Winter Storm Fern, we had a true crisis involving a burst pipe, and Tyler arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us everything we needed. Thank you all again for being so helpful and responsive.
The service I have received from this company and its technicians has been very good. Justin is very professional, shows on time, and is effective in troubleshooting and finding root cause for issues. I definitely recommend working with Rapid Response for any HVAC related needs. Thank you. Mr. Arroyo Mooreland II Subdivision/ Brentwood.
Very disappointed experience. Our HVAC system was working very well, we had them come out for routine maintenance. They checked our system and said everything looked great. A couple hours after they left our HVAC was not working properly just within hours after them servicing our unit. We were told they would come first thing in the morning to service our unit. Our appointment time frame was 8-1pm. We called in the morning to confirm and was informed our technician was sent to a different location but would come service our unit right after. We received this message at 940 in the morning. From then my husband called to get an update multiple times throughout the day to get an update for when we would have a technician come service our unit and explained to them that we have a 7 month old baby that has been sitting in a very hot house unable to leave because we were under the impression that a technician would be on the way. Pretty disappointed for the fact our system failed right after a technician serviced it, lied to about when we would receive a technician to help, and after informing them that we have a very young baby in the house, there has been little to no communication or empathy about helping to make sure we are a priority. Have yet to receive an update or help and it is past 4pm in the afternoon.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Demetrius Morris. He showed up, was pleasant. he listened and asked questions. He took his time to troubleshoot the issues with our brand new HVAC split system, and he gave us a thorough explanation of why, just two days after installation, the new system went completely off-line and shut down, Including our new digital thermostat. He methodically checked the system and got it back online In about 30 minutes or so. We appreciated his thoroughness and honesty and would be happy to have him back in our home to service our equipment anytime. The level of service provided by Demetrius was directly contradicted the service we received from the other RR HVAC techs. People were in a hurry. People didn’t thoroughly check their work. People left for periods of time with no explanation. The issue was actually caused by shotty work reconnecting our hot water heater, which caused it to spray water all over the new furnace and water sensor unit Demetrius left us with a good impression of the company, but that was after experiencing very poor service from three or four technicians in a row in a matter of days.
On demand water was working but making a loud noise sporadically. Mike replaced the comfort valve that keeps hot water close to the very far from the hot water shower. It seemed the logical solution, but of course it wasn’t. Being Friday, he came back Monday and determined that the noise persisted even with the comfort valve turned off. After a long wait for a Rinnai Tech, it was determined the unit fan was defective. Rinnai sent a replacement which Mike installed Wednesday and everything works perfectly. My total cost included cleaning the tank (as annual task), cost and installation of the comfort valve. The fan and installation was under warranty from Rinnai. I commend Mike for being persistent I solving the problem, especially since when the seemingly obvious solution was unsuccessful.
What a positive experience! We returned from a trip to find the heat out and the house freezing cold, with snow in the upcoming forecast. The company was able to dispatch a technician very quickly and he was able to remedy the issue in short order. Vance was polite, professional, and proficient. Not only did he diagnose and solve the problem quickly, he also helped me understand our home system better and taught me what to look for in the future. As a result of his superior service, and the peace of mind he has afforded us knowing we have support like him in times of need, we have purchased the annual maintenance package which is very reasonable. I highly recommend Rapid Response Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of the many services they provide!
This is how you build customer appreciation and loyalty! Second time in as many months that we needed someone to come out and help with an issue and Rapid was on it. Dispatch was very accommodating. A young man (wish I could remember his name) called back and tried to help me troubleshoot within minutes. Dylan FaceTimed me to walk through all the symptoms and possible causes. Vance came out on a Saturday morning, arrived as polite and professional as ever, diagnosed the issue in seconds, and remedied the situation immediately. Thank you Vance, and Rapid, for allowing us the peace of mind knowing we have such a great team looking out for us 🙌
You were very nice, but I feel you knew as much about hvac as I do. Told me the thermostat was bad, you didnt have one but I went and got one and saved some money. Didn't fix the problem and still cost me 400 dollars just for you to come out and change a thermostat that wasn't the problem. You then tried to say I need a whole knew unit for 13k dollars, and I asked what about the capacitor? And you said oh yeah it could be that. But you didnt have any of those either. So for an emergency response call, all you did was waste my time and then charged me 400 dollars to do so. And you left the cover off and wires unhooked. I wish I never called.
Demetrius was so courteous, I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he broke down the HVAC lingo for me and explained everything in simple terms so that this old lady could understand what was going on. I really feel like he went above and beyond to help us try to get cool again. I highly recommend 10/10 would definitely use this company for my appliance repair needs. Even though they only worked on the HVAC this company would have my business for any other service I may need that they would cover.
Rapid Response delivered a great experience from start to finish. I received a clear, detailed quote on Tuesday, and they had my new HVAC system fully installed by Friday, very impressive turnaround. The team was professional, on time, and worked efficiently while maintaining high quality. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was installed correctly. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free process. I highly recommend Rapid Response for HVAC work.
I called on a Saturday because my A/C had issues of not working after having maintenance performed. Demetrius showed up within the hour. He was amazing and his customer service and honesty are one of my top experiences that I have received. He was very attentive to my A/C issues and was very thorough and went above and beyond. He explained everything he was checking and why. I learned a lot from him and hope he is always the one that services my house.
I called Rapid Responce Heating and Cooling for an issue with my home heating system. He was very professional, courteous and super friendly. I will without a doubt call them again if I have services needed. Thanks a bunch Chad
