“Renaldo came out and worked on snaking our pipes out for quite awhile. He did mention if he couldn't fix it there would be no charge! He continued and he brought out a clump of tree roots (we have no trees in front) and the problem was fixed with minimal charge!”

When I asked if the pilot light could simply be relit, I was told it could not. The technician then quoted a very high price for replacement and said it would cost $250 just to “clean the ignition and reinstall it.” This was supposed to give me a day since there is a leak …”
