Discovered leak from kitchen sink into crawlspace. David from Rainier View Plumbing assessed the problem and replaced the broken pipe very efficiently and with minimal access! This is the 2nd time we have used Rainier View and find their work very good. I highly recommend then to anyone needing a re-piping, water heater, or any plumbing repair. Their staff is good!

Great experience with Rainier View! They responded quickly when my water heater showed an ECC error. Chad investigated the issue and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement covered under warranty. He and Ryan then handled the installation fast and professionally. They were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

We got great service from Rainier View Plumbing for our water heater that kept alarming. They were able to schedule and appt quickly. Joshua Stavely was our technician and was awesome. He explained how our hybrid water heater works and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was also able to perform a yearly maintenance on the water heater while he was here. He made sure all our questions were answered before he left.

Edit: Rainier did call after I left the review to make the things right, which is highly appreciated. Thank you Jacqueline for taking the time to take the feedback and address it. I was told about the $65 dispatch fee but the diagnostic fee of $245 was not disclosed. This was only mentioned after the plumber came on site. The diagnostic was all done remotely which was also surprising. The cost to do any work after is separate from diagnostic so please evaluate and ask for full details before having the plumber out.

Alan was timely and very professional. He was good at explaining the hot water heater’s features . I would totally refer anyone to Rainier View Plumbing. My new hot water feature works great and the price was economical too!
