I was told about the $65 dispatch fee but the diagnostic fee of $245 was not disclosed. This was only mentioned after the plumber came on site. This is the 2nd time we have used Rainier View and find their work very good. I highly recommend then to anyone needing a re-piping, water heater, or any plumbing repair. Their staff is good!”

Chad investigated the issue and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement covered under warranty. He and Ryan then handled the installation fast and professionally.
