In an age where great service can feel hard to find, I want to give a sincere shout-out to Maple Valley Plumbing, owner Dave Sipila, and Senior VP Andy Holmes. Dave, Andy, and their team have gone above and beyond. They are trustworthy, courteous, professional, precise, and just damn good at what they do. In my opinion, Maple Valley Plumbing stands above every plumbing company I’ve dealt with in the greater Seattle area — perfectionists without the bloated pricing or attitude some companies seem to carry when they think they have a monopoly on us Seattleites. I asked Dave for a quote for some work on my water heater and he responded immediately and came with his team a day later. When the team arrived, they immediately went to work and fixed the issue perfectly. Not only did they correct the problem, but they also went above and beyond when they replaced two other pipes to make sure there would be no future issues. Meanwhile, Dave was also there and after the job was completed, he also gave me some very valuable safety and maintenance tips. Dave and the team were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

Called due to water heater leak later during the night. Talked to Dave the owner who was a really nice guy and he had somebody from his team out first thing in the morning. They ended up replacing the water heater, it was 20 years old so it was definitely time. Job was done quickly, cleanly and for a good price. I will definitely be using this company again for any plumbing issues I have.

It was a true pleasure to work with Dave, the owner, Justin and Taylor! They installed a top of the line Navien NPE-240A2 tankless hot water heater, dedicated recirculating return line, main line pressure control valve and new ball valve system! They also found and repaired a tiny gas leak in the furnace line! As you can see from the photos, the workmanship is too notch!! Price wise, they were very competitive with the other two bids I had! I would highly recommend this company and crew!

Maple Valley Plumbing was fast, easy, and reliable. I spoke with Dave and he sent out a guy name Andy. Andy came quickly, and addressed the problem and got right to work. He did a great job and was personable. They were also very reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
