R&R Pumping LLC came to our rescue when our septic decided to act like a grumpy toddler and refuse to do its one job. Not only did they pump it out (with the precision of a surgeon and the bravery of someone who clearly isn’t paid enough), but they ALSO fixed our clog — which, judging by the smell, was sent straight from the depths of Hell itself. The man didn’t flinch. Didn’t gag. Didn’t run. He just looked at that mess like, “Not today, Satan.” Next thing we know — BOOM. Everything’s flowing like a mountain stream again. I swear the house sighed in relief. Professional. Fast. Affordable. And probably needs therapy after seeing what came out of that tank. I feel reviews are important. So, I wanted to share my experience with R & R. My septic tank suddenly started backing up into our house Friday evening, I called. R & R he put us on the schedule for Saturday morning. Early Saturday afternoon they were here. And we were SO thankful for them! They were fast, and professional and most of all they were courteous. We will definitely call them again! I believe it he said his name was Randall and he had another coworker with him. But, thanks again guys! We appreciate you so much!!

We've used R&R for both our septic and plumbing needs over the years and can't say enough great things about Ronnie and his team . They take the time to explain the situation and get to the root of the problem without charging you an arm and a leg. They not only do great work, but they all really care too.
