Absolutely wish I did this 3 weeks ago. Quick Action Plumbers were my second opinion and they they assisted the situation gave me results compared to a previous plumber who did absolutely but lied on the customer. My technician came told the cost which is not bad found a small leak in the process repaired it for a reasonable price and got my home back to normal in mere minutes..Thank you so much I really appreciate the work done.
We have used Quick Action Plumbers multiple times, and we have had a great experience each time. Today, we had a water heater replaced after finding a leak. Roger arrived early, he was professional, and the whole process was easy. We will continue to use Quick Action Plumbers when we need plumbing services.
Quickaction Plumbing exceeded our expectations! Roger Valente was our technician. He came out promptly to give us an estimate and returned to swap out a toilet. He was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done and was helpful in providing the information to make a decision on what to purchase. The actual work was done professionally and they cleaned up behind themselves too! Could not be more pleased with our service and our technician. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use them again for any plumbing services that may arise. Thanks so much Quickaction Plumbing!
Scheduled an for an estimate. Timeframe for the plumber to show up was between 7a and 10a. At 9a I called to confirm. I was informed that the plumber would call 30 minutes prior to arrival Dispatch was pleasant. At 10a, no call and no show from the plumber. Called the office, dispatch tried to make it right, but I refused; there are too many plumbers in the area to wait on someone that doesn't value my time. Especially since the job that I need done is a big one. Deserves 0 stars.
Disappointed from the moment I called. First thing they said was were a cod only company. Seems they were more concerned with payment that servicing peoples needs. Didn't use them.
I asked around for some recommendations and this was one of them, I am super glad I found this company. I had a failed faucet that was flooding below my kitchen sink. Submitted a ticket on their website early on a Monday - received contact by 10 AM, incredibly polite customer service from the gentleman I spoke to, LaPriest. Arranged a Tuesday morning service (kudos for quick turnaround). Alas, I screwed up my schedule and double booked - I had a doctor's appointment smack in the middle of my service period and so I called first thing (7:15 AM) Tuesday to reschedule. The woman I spoke with as again incredibly cordial and friendly, apologized repeatedly for putting me on hold and making me wait, no problem getting rescheduled until 1PM. The plumber who came out arrived in the middle of the scheduled service period. They call at least 30 mins ahead to make you aware they're on their way, which I appreciated. He was polite and appropriately had his COVID-19 mask on and shoe coverings. Took a look at my issue and took pictures to document the work done. One thing I always note is whether companies up-sell me what they can, or level with me. In this case, my HOA had recommended replacing all the shut-offs, plumber said although he'd certainly make more money doing it, he didn't identify a need based on the way the shut offs were operating / what hardware they have by design. I explained that this was recommended by a third party and he took time to walk me through his thinking and demonstrate how shut-offs were functioning. I had to telework during his work and work was done in a considerate way, he didn't make a ton of noise, and work was done within an hour (even with having to disconnect and reinstall the disposal to get to my faucet plumbing). Cost was less than $350 for everything and I couldn't ask for much more in way of customer service or responsiveness. They charged for me for one single hour of labor, and that's it, as I supplied my own faucet. When the plumber left you couldn't even tell he'd been there, super clean. I've only owned my condo for a few years and haven't had to call a plumber before - this was a great experience, definitely a company I'd patronize repeatedly.
AVOID this headache !... Here is my recent experience-- Had a straightforward need for replacing some basement supply pipe plus fittings and connections. Very nice guy showed up on time for appointment for estimate. We both had very clear understanding of (simple) scope of job, with 2 quotes due (2nd quote included a little bit extra pipe plus connection). I asked for "ballpark" quote, which he provided (about $500), but we both understood I would not hold him to it, & I do not hold him to it now... Later I received written quote(s), about $800, or about $895 including the extra bit.... That's a lot more than $500 verbal, but as I said I understood that was only ballpark and likely to change. I thought it was reasonable, BUT the written quote(s) were VERY short and vague and actually confusing. That is a recipe for misunderstandings and trouble when dealing with contractors, so I emailed back with a more specific clarification of OUR understanding... Still short, but just more specific regarding approx. feet of pipe & what was being connected to etc... Very basic stuff. As a result, I later I received a "revised" quote, NOW it would be $1,472 for the same job !!! Their "revised" quote did not even correct the vague (confusing) wording of the quote, just a HUGE increase due to my asking for clearer language and to avoid any conflicts when the actual job was done... Those of you who have dealt with many contractors over the years, will recognize this game being played... It's a game NOT worth playing... I said No Thanks, and went elsewhere for this job. BE FOREWARNED !
3rd time Quick Action has serviced my kitchen sink leak repair. Within 3hours of my call in AM Quickaction technician called me 1hr ahead of schedule. Came out analyzed quoted fixed my leak. Within the AM 2hours after my call. Very Very good service. 1/10/24 I day schedule Quick Action plumbers made my weekend and holiday good by the "flexibility " to fit me in and deliver excellent service for my plumbing issues in my basement. I called on Friday morning at 0830, answered told me that they could schedule me on following Monday 11/20 at 9am, but they would attempt to squeeze me in at 3pm but they would call me. At 1230 I was notified the plumber would be at my location at 3pm. He came on time resolved my plumbing leak resolved water pressure in my home and left before 6pm. It was quick and clean, fair fees for parts, labor, and very professional. Mimi and Tony of QuickAction took great care of my plumbing needs for my home. I was very impressed and glad I choose them. 11/18/17 Quick Action Plumbers unfortunately had to come 2nd time Dec20, 2021 to repair another wall pipe leak. Roger and QAP team were on time, very good cleanup after finding and repairing the complicated wall leak. Very good service and thst is why I call QAP for my homes plumbing issues. Quickaction came 4rd tome March 10th2026 to repair "pinhole" in copper pipe in basement. Josh was brilliant and this was same day service. I called at 11 and they were here at 1pm. Awedome!
Hello everyone Two Quick Action plumbers arrived at my home at approximately 6:00pm on 19 March 2026. I had a plumber scheduled that day who cancelled on me and said he would come the next morning. I required the service on that day so I had to scramble to find a replacement. I called several plumbing companies who could not accommodate me for same day service. When I called Quick Action plumbing who checked the schedule of their employees and responded with an approval. The front desk person said someone would arrive that day. Around 5:00pm when no one had arrived, I called the company who assured me someone was coming. They arrived around 6:00pm. I explained what I needed completed and they began working. The two young men worked until 11:00pm that evening to get the job done. I was extremely impressed and wanted to give them a good tip however their payment system didn’t have tips set up so I gave them all the cash I had on hand. I’ve used this company before and would highly recommend them. The price was a bit high but not sure if it included a same day service fee.
I rarely write reviews; I typically believe that my payment for goods or services are enough. I consider them advertising for the business and not something that I'm motivated to do. The weird thing though, is that I always come to yelp to check out reviews before picking a service provider (so perhaps I should more frequently contribute to the content and not free-load). The reason I am writing this is because I firmly believe that you can gauge how consumer-centric a business is when an initial engagement does not go according to plan. Some businesses flat-out refuse to make it right, but Dave (Quick Action Plumbers service manager) was so responsive in working with me to make it right (his technician caused a damage to my sink). He stayed in touch, kept me apprised of the progress and coordinated everything to fix the issue at zero cost to me. I can't overstate how impressed we were about the resolution, and the way the company responded to the issue.
I had an urgent slab leak as a new resident in Fayetteville, GA, unfamiliar with available services in the area. I want anyone to know that after fielding several other companies for estimates and getting we-will-fit-you-in 'probable' appointment times, I decided to google for one more company and called QuickActionPlumbers. From the initial contact with Mimi, to a subsequent call from Manager, Mr. Chambers, to every person who entered my home from start to finish, I encountered a quick responding, highly professional, coordinated team that provided explanations and assurances throughout each step. I highly recommend their services with gratitude for their expertise and thoroughness.
My first experience with QAP was definitely a positive one. My garbage disposal was not working and I assumed it needed replacing. I wasn't going to call my usual plumbing company because their rates have gotten crazy. Setting the appointment was easy. On the day of the appointment, Joshua called and let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, after telling him what the issue was, he informed me that my disposal was simply jammed and did not need to be replaced. That's an honest plumber. He was ale to unjam it and save me a small fortune in replacement costs. I will definitely call on these guys again as I have another issue that needs addressing.
The drain pipe through the wall under my kitchen sink began to leak from an old junction between a lead and copper pipe. It might not seem like an emergency, but without use of the kitchen sink or dishwasher - hard to live with for long. I called Quick Action early the next morning, got a call back within an hour from the dispatcher with a appointment window 10 - 1. Willy Lopez called at 11, arrived 20 minutes later, cut out the bad pipe, replaced it and reconnected everything by lunchtime. I had called several other "emergency" plumbers who couldn't even come out until the next day. Thanks for the speedy, competent service!
My outside faucet broke and water was pouring out and the inside knob was stripped - so I couldn’t turn the water off. I went down the list of plumbers calling them in order the way google gave them to me and they were about the 5th one - they had great ratings but not as many ratings as others. Not only was it the best service but they were fast!! Gave me options and did not try to kill me with costs as they knew I was at their mercy!!!! I’m so thankful that no one else could make it and I only wished I called them 1st!!! Now they are my new plumbing company!!!!
Just want to give kudos to this company, Quick Action Plumbers. I had not had water since Saturday, 9/13, and this company was recommended by the City of Atlanta Watereshed Department. The two employees who came out, Desmond Barnes and Willie Lopez, were top notch, worked together flawlessly, and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Needless to say, I am ecstatic that they resolved the problem so quickly, were pleasant to deal with, and got the job done. And you know what? They were on time, too! Will use them for all future plumbing needs. Great work, guys!
