My garbage disposal was leaking and not working. The service team was very responsive in contacting me and setting up appointments and follow up. The service person who came out was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The technician clearly explained the issue. Everything was left clean and working perfectly.

Pronto is an exceptional company. They are always pleasant and give you service. Joe roach is the one that has been coming to do repairs. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and he does a 105% not just 100% I trust everything he does. This company is fantastic. I recommend them 100% now.

Did not diagnose the issue correctly and caused unnecessary additional damage

extremely disappointed with this company. Completely illogical folks & dont want to even listen to you. I hired them via AHS for a simple faucet repair & leak on shower head . They reported that this is due to misuse & cannot be repaired. Who & how can someone misuse a faucet. with regular usage , off course the faucet wears off after a period of time & will have some leaks. Will never hire these guys again.

I had an outstanding experience with Pronto Plumbing and felt compelled to leave this review. From start to finish their customer service was exceptional. There were complications with the kitchen fixture that were completely outside of their control, yet they never stop advocating for me. They stayed in constant communication through calls and text, kept me informed every step of the way, and were genuinely apologetic throughout the process. What truly set them apart is that they went above and beyond what was required. They made sure the issue was resolved properly – even when it meant doing more than they were obligated to do. That level of integrity, professionalism, and care is rare these days. Pronto Plumbing did not treat me like just another service call. They treated me like a valued customer, and that matters. Very positive experience with Pronto Plumbing on a home warranty call-out. They phone ahead of time (several times!) to get me scheduled when it was convenient for me to be home, and Chris the tech arrived right on time, was extremely professional and helpful in explaining in layman's terms our issues. He got down to business quickly, had the right parts for the repair, and finished with some advice of how to avoid the same problem in the future. Would definitely have Pronto Plumbing back again.

They will come quick and their service call is low but they will come up with a ridiculous price to fix something simple. They also try to sell you expensive products to filter your water. Super disappointed. This was the second time I’ve used them. The first time was fine there was no trying to sell me things and they simply fixed the problem. This time was a way different experience and I will not be using for future problems.

This company was referred through American Home Shield. The technician was scheduled promptly and arrived on time. He was very thorough and provide great customer service. We wanted to proceed with this company servicing our hot water heater, but they couldn't perform the work until a week later. We decided to go with another company that could service our needs within the same week.

I was introduced to Pronto Plumbing through American Home Shield. I have had a few unimpressive contractors that try to inflate service and prices. Not Pronto Plumbing!!! They are straightforward, knowledgeable and skilled. They are able to quickly access and fix your plumbing issues. I request them specifically when requesting service.

Joe was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my bathtub drain. Because I live in a multi-unit home the clog was in the main sewer line for my building. Joe was kind enough to help me discuss the problem with the association maintenance crew and got them to clear the drain for my tub. Saving me some time and money! Thanks so much.

We had a great experience with pronto plumbing! As working parents of 2 under 2, they accommodated our schedule to the best of their ability, had fabulous communication and were super kind during a stressful time. Darrell (our tech) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out water heater and pipes. Our family is so incredibly grateful to him.

Darrell came in came and did what High Priority stated they could only do by purchasing a part for the toilet that cost very close to replacing it altogether.. Darrell was here under 10 minutes.. I am appalled at High Priority for trying to get me to spend out of pocket expenses of close to $400..Way to go Pronto Plumbing 🤗

My experience with Pronto Plumbing was excellent. From the ladies who answered the phone to the technician that came for the install. The technician Daryl gave me tips to keep my water heater up and running and the office even followed up after he left to ensure I had a great experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The company is very good. Their workers are excellent in what they do. On time, never a mess, and the job is done correctly. Will continue to have them come to my home when I have a problem. This time they replaced the faucet in my kitchen sink, but they have done other work for us before.
