Zachery arrived on time. Fixed the issue quickly, and most importantly, thoroughly. Replaced both, old copper hoses to the water heater, with SS hoses. He was courteous and didnt BS or try to upsell anything. Recommended from a friend. Will use them, if needed, again.

ExtremeWater leak since Nov 20,I was out of state so had city turn water off Returned home Sat ,Prince Plumbing was contacted on Sun,repairs made early a.m. Monday.This is the 2nd Plumbing repair I have had with this Company,thet are always PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS,AND GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY !! The technician arrived on time and replaced two valves for the washing machine and one valve to the house. I was quoted $250 per hour plus parts. The work took approximately 45 minutes, not a full hour, yet I was still charged the full hourly rate. The total bill was $482.00, broken down as follows: $250 labor $207 for three valves, two 90-degree elbows, and approximately two feet of PVC $25 card payment surcharge This pricing is excessive and unreasonable, particularly for common plumbing parts. Expectations for this level of pricing were not clearly set upfront. Additionally, the technician stated that he “had to overcharge for parts,” which strongly suggests intentional markup beyond fair pricing. Overall, the lack of transparency, inflated parts cost, and full-hour labor charge for less than an hour of work make this service feel misleading and overpriced. I would not have agreed to the work had these costs been clearly communicated beforehand. I would not recommend using there services

This is a great plumbing service! They offer fast, efficient, and courteous service and their employees are professional as well as friendly. I asked a plumbing question and spoke with Dolores, the office manager, and she was very knowledgeable as well as amicable as we went over the different options. And it's not just the employees who go out on calls, but Prince himself will roll up his sleeves and work hard to provide excellent service to his valued customers. I really like that they have text confirmation to show who will be coming out and that they have a customer service portal to set up appointment requests as well as payment options 👍👍👍
