My roommate dropped a measuring spoon down the garbage disposal and got it jammed. I found Premiere Rooter and Plumbing. Called first thing in the morning and they offered me a same day appointment between 2-4. Adrian showed up a little before 1:30pm. He repaired everything in less than 15 minutes. Price was fair as well. I will definitely be using them in the future again! They are very efficient and professional!

Our main drain line was clogged and bathrooms and toilets started overflowing. I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing and though it was a Sunday afternoon, they showed up within an hour and started on it right away. Advised me about the problem and the possible solutions and though to my misfortune, it ended up being the worst case scenario of having to get the entire main drain connection redone owing to badly rusted and collapsed cast iron connector pipe, the team got the job done meticulously, expeditiously and redid all the work including concrete. In 2 days (as originally estimated), it looks like the problem was fixed so good it is hard to tell from the great seamless finish. Very impressed and happy about the whole process. Throughout the rework, the team kept me in the loop with calls, messages and sending pictures and videos promptly. A very satisfied customer and highly recommend it to anyone needing plumbing or drain work done! Along with the 5 year warranty of their work, I have a peaceful closure!

Adrian was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. His work was efficient and thorough, and he left the area spotless when he finished. Outstanding service from start to finish—highly recommend Adrian!

Appeared professional and knowledgeable and unclogged the drain. But I did not appreciate the $100 upcharge for the clean out being inside, it was no more work for them. But the real issue was they tried to sell me a $17,000 trenchless pipe repair that was not needed. At first I believed they were honest and I worried about the cost. But I have some plumbing knowledge, and some of what they were saying did not add up. So I went to our HOA office and asked if sewer line replacement was common in our 1000 unit community. No one has had any sewer line problems. And the workers probably did not know I have seen the inside of pipes before and mine really did not look that bad at all. I do not know if this is normal from them, but their upselling presentation seemed rehearsed.

They could go out of business. We had an emergency issue with water accumulated under our house. Our regular plumber was unavailable so I called two other plumbers to get an idea of when they could come look at it and how much it would cost to fix the problem. Both companies sent a representative out that day. The young man from Premier who came to our house estimated that the cost to drain the water under our house via a new drainage system and install a new sump pump would be about $8k. Then he suggested that while the workers were under the house they should replace the pipes because they "might" leak Granted, our house was built in 1961, but an ADDITIONAL $16k was a little over the top. He promised to email me a written proposal, but I never heard from him. The second plumber to come look at the problem didn't even have to go under the house. He simply reached down through the crawl hole and plugged in the EXISTING sump pump. Ten minutes later all the water was pumped out through the EXISTING drain. Problem solved. I wasn't worried about our sewer pipes breaking since our very trusted plumber (Daniel's Plumbing) had inspected the pipes previously and found no issues. Their salesman, although very congenial, obviously assumed that because I am an older female he could sell me over-priced, unnecessary work. Since the salesman showed me a colorful, laminated presentation complete with the $16k "estimate ", I would guess that this is the company's regular practice.

We had the genuine pleasure of working with Adrian from Premier Rooter and Plumbing today, and to say he exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. From the moment he arrived, Adrian was the picture of professionalism, warmth, and expertise. We were facing a stressful and messy plumbing issue—our kitchen, dishwasher, and garage washer were all backing up due to a major clog in the shared drainage line, causing water to overflow from our washer into the utility sink. Adrian immediately put us at ease. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but what really set him apart was how he took the time to walk us through every detail of the situation with patience, clarity, and total transparency. He encouraged us to observe as he worked, answered all our questions thoroughly, and never once made us feel like a burden. His calm, knowledgeable presence turned a chaotic situation into something manageable and informative. When we brought up that our bathroom sink had also been draining slowly, Adrian didn’t hesitate—he took the time to check it out as well and generously offered simple, effective maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly. It was clear that he genuinely cares about helping people understand their plumbing systems and avoid future issues. What impressed us most was Adrian’s commitment to long-term solutions over temporary fixes. He carefully laid out a game plan for our landlords to consider, offering two solid options: replacing the pipes or performing a heavy-duty descaling. His assessment was thorough, practical, and rooted in real expertise. Adrian is exactly the kind of technician you hope for—skilled, trustworthy, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about his work. We feel incredibly lucky he was the one assigned to our service call, and we sincerely hope our landlord moves forward soon so we can have him back to complete the job. Premier Rooter and Plumbing should be proud to have him on their team.

This normally that would be a recipe for disaster... but it wasn't! At the very outset when I called Premier afer finding them on Yelp, I was grateful for the prompt but friendly response. From the nice gentleman who made me a same day appointment, to the exceedingly patient and helpful Alfonso (not sure about last name) who came and diagnosed the problem - and being willing to explain it as he went, to the great guys that fixed the problem - Mr. Omar and Mr. Francisco, all of it was stellar. I say this in spite of the fact that a job like this (with sewer line issues) is expensive! I cannot compare prices but based on conversations with my neighbors and several friends with similar work - the price was outstanding! Obviously plumbing is not my strong suit - so feel free to judge my perception of things with that in mind, but the work that was done appeared EXTREMELY professional, and all the participants (with the exception of my two children) were fantastic. This was a difficult job in the middle of the summer heat and not only did they gentlemen NOT complain, they were friendly, polite, and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things, and if it seems like I'm just gushing praise - it's because I mean it. **Note: I'm not sure the photos included will be in the right order - but assume that the pipes that look old and nasty are before the repair/replacement.

HVAC folks were replacing flexible ducts in our crawl space and accidentally bumped a water pipe creating a leak which required us to shut off our homes main water valve. Since this happened on a Saturday we were faced with a situation in which we would be w/o water until Monday. Not wanting to wait till then we contacted Premier plumbing at 1pm and they said someone would be there between 2 and 4 pm. Adrian called us just before 2 to tell us he was on the way and arrived 15 minutes later. He immediately crawled under the house to evaluate the situation and determine what parts he would need to remedy the problem. Upon leaving the crawl space he showed me photos of the issue and provided a repair estimate which we accepted. He didn’t have one of the fittings on his truck so he left to acquire the needed item. Before leaving he asked me to open faucets in the house to allow water to drain while he was gone. A short while later he returned and began repairs. Overall he spent three and 1/2 hours on this call and kept me aware of everything he was doing. Adrian did an excellent job of performing a difficult repair in a very limited space. He documented his work with photos, provided the cutout section he replaced, asked my permission to remove a small amount of insulation in areas where he needed to solder with a torch, communicated well with his customer and cleaned up after he finished. Adrian and Premier Plumbing gets a five star review from this satisfied customer.

On Monday of this week, my wife and I discovered we had a back-up drain. At first we did not know who to call, but decided on Rotor-Rooter. Best decision we made. They came out immediately and began work to see what the problem was. I truly believe the work would take anywhere from one to two weeks to complete because our entire sewage system needed to be replaced; mainly because our home was built after World War Two. Mr. Mirwais Zada and Mr J.D. Travis completed this project in just three days! These two men made the experience truly pain free. It did not disrupt our normal daily routine one bit. Well, maybe a tiny bit, but considering that I thought we would have to spend time in a motel/hotel waiting for the work to be done, this tiny, tiny inconvenience was nothing. Mr. Zada and Mr. Travis were polite, friendly and very professional. They kept us informed of their progress daily and made this entire experience a pleasure (considering what it entailed). I would truly recommend Rotor-Rooter if you ever have the need, and if you do. please ask for these two men to do the work you require. You will not be disappointed! Also, I would like to thank Mr. Jeshua Walcott, the project supervisor. He, too, was very friendly.

Excellent service at every level. Our toilets and showers were backing up in the house we just bought, so we turned to the highest rated plumbing service on Yelp. Let me tell you, we were NOT disappointed! Adrian and his crew snaked our drain, jet streamed it, and ran a camera to determine the blockage. Everything was explained in detail and we were able to see a live feed into the homemade main line access panel that came with the house. Turns out trees had breached the older pipes, which were on there last leg and not the same size as previously replaced pipes (because of this, trenchless repair was not an option). The crew broke up some cement, dug a trench and replaced our pipes with a seamless pipe. They added an access panel for us and one for the city. The price was very fair and they guarantee their work. Their complete transparency through the entire process gave us peace of mind. I cannot thank Adrian and his crew enough. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Francisco Diaz, who did the trench and cement work - his work is absolute perfection. I will definitely work with this company in the future.

Alfonzo and his team were incredible and take immense pride in their work. My husband and I just purchased a home and it needed a hefty amount of plumbing work done. We have raised foundation and the sump pump underneath the home was not functional which led to water pooling under the home. The piping underneath the home was a mess and the main line had a major offset. They were quick and efficient to completely resolve all the issues and took pride in doing so. There’s no more standing water underneath the home and we have an actual sump pump in a basin they created using a jackhammer because of the ground being solid rock. Alfonzo does a great job of updating customers and sends video and photos of the before and after. I really appreciate how transparent and honest this company is and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Their pricing is also really competitive. I was quoted a lot higher by other companies. I’m so glad I chose Premiere plumbing and I simply cannot recommend this company enough. They truly are a company you can trust!

I had my toilet leaking from the base and water was spreading on the floor. I thought for sure this would be a complicated fix. Something beyond my experience. I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing and received a call back close to my appointment time. Adrian was very accommodating and understanding about my work schedule and even gave me time to fill up on gas when I mentioned I was running low. When I explained the problem I was having he immediately started troubleshooting. He didn’t look at the base but instead went through a process of elimination, looking at some basic connections first. He found the problem and fixed it without having to even fiddle with the base of the bowl. Adrian knew exactly what he was doing and saved me a small fortune. I felt like he rolled out the red carpet even though my toilet system was probably the cheapest option for my home builder. Afterward, he continued to offer me advice on how to save money in the long run with some tips on maintaining my home. I give this business my highest recommendation. Adrian is the man!

Iswish Fox came out on Sunday evening 10:30 pm for an inspection. he spoke with Landlord. we had him come back 10/10/23 and completed service with his Assistant Preston. they both were a great teamwor. job was done in less than an hour. I asked lots of questions as a tenant and tgey both were very well prepared to answered all my many questions. Isaiah seems to know exactly what he is doing and I am truly impress by his work and he stayed to complete the video portion of it! I'm very satisfied with all I have learned today and with the completed service work in a great amount of time. Great work and service! Many Blessings! Good Luck! I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They replaced my sewer line both under my house and from the foundation to the street in a flawless manner. I worked with Adrian to get a quote for services which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. Adrian is super responsive and always returned my phone calls and text messages. The workers Omar, Eddie, and Francisco were extremely friendly, hard-working and all of them had a superb attitude. Crawling under a house in 100-degree temperature would make me irritable but they never showed that type of displeasure. Omar is the Master of Communication and would tell me which bathroom was available during the replacement of the sewer line under the house. The sewer line replacement process was almost unnoticeable to me. Again, I would highly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing for all plumbing needs. They do a top-notch job and really care about the work that they do.
