We have used Premiere Plumbing multiple times, most recently for a hot water heater replacement. As usual, they were quick to respond, showed up promptly, and are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Everyone we have encountered from booking service to the service itself is a joy to work with. They are the best in town!

On the morning of the 2026”ice apocalypse” my husband discovered our gas hot water heater leaking in the garage utility room. He quickly called Premier and within minutes they were at our house. Four hours later we had a new hot water heater installed-long before the first icy rain fell. We cannot thank them enough. Premier has always been prompt, efficient, and professional. They have installed faucets, toilet mechanisms, and now a hot water heater. Every time their work was top notch.

I am thankful my now retired HVAC technician introduced me to Premier Plumbing. They have replaced a garbage disposal, repaired a shower and several faucets. They are knowledgeable and reliable. I trust their advice and appreciate the time they take in inspecting and resolving plumbing problems. The front office/support is always professional. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

So unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled was told it would be a two day process. Each day they were supposed to arrive at 9 am. Day one it was almost ten and they had an excuse for that. Day two did not arrive until 11 and the work was not completed. The plumber told me they would be back the following day at 9 am. Then the receptionist brandy sent a text telling me it would not be tomorrow, but the day after before they would be able to come back out, leaving my house sitting with half replaced pipes under my home and turning into a four day process. Being late is bad and unprofessional enough, but to not even come the following day to complete the work when it was their own fault it was not done

David and his associate came out the next day after calling them the previous evening. They were professional and courteous. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend them. After using this company once, I got a quote for a gas tankless hot water heater. They were cheaper than the gas company and another local company. They installed it in a timely manner and worked around our work from home schedule. After installing the new unit I had them come back out two weeks later and install a dedicated recirculation line. I have have no complaints about the unit, the dedicated recirculation line, the company, and it's employees. The owners came out and checked on the installation and the workers were very respectful and great to work with. If you need a local, family owned plumber, I would highly recommend them. I have even recommended them to my in-laws. They had an issue that was more than what this company could take on. Instead of taking their money for the job, they did the ethical choice and gave a recommendation for someone who does more of what they needed. My in-laws were very pleased to know that they were given good advice and not taken advantage of. I am in no way saying that they could not fix the problem, but when talking to the owner he knew of someone who specialized in what they needed. Most companies would have taken the money and not truly fixed the problem. Instead, Premier Plumbing looked after the customer instead of their profits. I will always be grateful for their hard work on my property and the honesty they showed my in-laws.

I could not be any happier with Premier Plumbing. I contacted them 1 week ago to provide a quote to install a new gas line and connect it to a gas range. The representative showed up within 24 hours to provide a quote and I knew right then that his explanation of how they would run the gas line indicated that they were confident in their ability to do it correctly and efficiently and that their quote would be accurate. I received a very competitive quote later that day and was happy to be able to select Premier Plumbing. They put me on their schedule immediately and showed up on time to perform the work. The team worked efficiently and they were meticulous with the work they performed to install the line. Even the couple of small access holes in the drywall were cut neatly and they were able to reinstall them, ensuring that the drywall work to finish the wall would be minimal. At the end of the process, they tested all the connections and turned on the gas range to ensure it worked properly before they left. They also ensured that the hot water tank was re-lit and they double checked to make sure the gas fireplace would turn on correctly. The invoice was exactly what they quoted and I can't say enough about their professionalism and quality of work. As a customer, it's important to know that you are receiving a fair price for the work that needs to be done and that the quality of the work is great. Premier Plumbing has exceeded my expectations on both of these aspects and will undoubtedly be the only plumber I call in the future.

This was our first time using Premier Plumbing and what a wonderful experience it was!!! We will never use another!! Travis and his crew went above and beyond in servicing our plumbing needs!! From quote to completion of work, their expertise is stellar. What began as rerouting bathroom plumbing to a new septic system, quickly mushroomed into a much larger complete drainage replacement upon discovery of leaking (and it was bad!) drainage pipes under our house. They didn’t expect us to just take their word for it, they provided pictures of what was, and what would be necessary to complete the job. I cannot express the kindness they showed us upon discovery of our problem! Travis recommended a restoration company and upon completion of the cleanup, immediately came back to replace our entire cast iron drainage system. Barron, Brian, Jose, and Cody kept me from from going off the deep end with tons of reassurance that all would be ok!! After the job was completed, I asked Travis to replace the water line from the road to our house and he did so within a day of completing the initial job. If you are needing plumbing work done, you will not find a more honest and knowledgeable man than Travis (owner) and his workers! 5 stars for cost, knowledge, professionalism, always keeping us in the loop on issues, and timely competition, I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Travis took care of us as tho we were his family, not just a job! Premier Plumbing was a God-send and I will be forever grateful for their expertise and care!!

They were very nice, professional and knew what had to be done and went back and forth to their shop to get supplies needed in a timely manner. They replaced our water heater in a very timely fashion and knew what they were doing. Thank you so much! This new water heater is working like a champ. I recommend this company anytime. Premier Plumbing is the best out there! I highly recommend them and will not use anyone else out there EVER again, that's just how great they are! We are remodeling our home down to the studs. When the plumber I had hired took 4 months to not complete any part of the job and completely took advantage of us. Premier Plumbing came to our rescue! They got the rough in, gas lines ran for range, tankless hot water heater (WH installed), and water line ran for my garden completed in a week! They are reasonably priced, trustworthy, extremely nice, professional, quick to answer any questions, text, phone calls and do top notch work. If you are looking for a plumber don't wait to call them! These are your guys right here! They can do anything plumbing! When a member of our church had a backup in their septic system due to a failed septic pump, Premier Plumbing quickly responded to our call, jumped into action and came to replace the pump incredibly fast. We tried calling another plumber but they weren't able to make it out for 4 days. Premier Plumbing not only responded fast, they did a great, thorough and professional job - not only fixing the pump and pipes, but also re-burying the pump. They went out of their way to help. They will definitely be the first place I call when anyone in our church needs plumbing work. I'm so glad we were able to find a trustworthy, reliable company that acts with such high integrity - I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

We were in a serious pickle, since we needed same day service. Based on a recommendation I called Premier Plumbing (Reluctantly, because it was Friday late morning, we never interacted w/ Premier before and everybody knows, these days it takes a miracle to get a contractor, much less on the same day, much lesser even on a Friday). Long story short, Travis Riddle, the owner, made it happen and sent a crew of two super professional, considerate and nice guys out. Job well done within three hours+ after the call. Will not only recommend, but certainly use Premier Plumbing again.

Had an issue with the sewage pipe lines outside to the point where they were clogging up my toilets, showers, and sinks. We couldn’t even use our laundry machine! Once the Premier Plumbing team came out to my house, I’ve never felt more relieved! They were able to determine and fix the pipe problem, and did so both efficiently and in a timely manner. I was very impressed and happy with their service! Pricing was amazing compared to others and job was done very well. Thank you Premier Plumbing!

These guys are top notch, they do outstanding work,I had a broken pipe under my slab and I had to have all the plumbing redone in my house,they came in and did it with minimal damage they were in my house for 4 days they did a terrific job there were six guys crawling around my attic they work great together all they did was work and crack jokes, great bunch of guys. I will highly recommend them for there professionalism and excellent customer service because I am big on customer service.

My go to plumbing contractor when the work scope gets beyond my ability or time. Very competent and conscientious from owners to techs and have always been able to get out and help me quickly. I had a new tankless water heater installed and it's been a great upgrade! They have access to and stock much higher quality products than can be purchased at big box stores and only offer products with a proven "in the field" track record. One of my favorite local companies, I highly recommend

All members of the team were amazing. They were able to send out a team next day to diagnose the issue. We decided a tankless water heater was best given the space allotted. An estimate was given and a detailed explanation was provided before work began. Water heater was installed the same day. Additional work was needed due to our gas line and they came back out quickly to install additional items. Payment was easy and price was fair given equipment and amount of time spent.
