“I had a leaking pipe late at night, and Preferred Plumbing & Drain came out within the hour. It's Sunday now, but they came out yesterday evening (Saturday evening), which was a huge plus! The technician was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair for an emergency call.”

Dirt water was all over my kitchen when he was "done". He found something in the drain pipe and allowed me to touch it. We both could not determine what it was and he threw it away. Fantastic! Brendan was knowledgeable, cleaned out the sink drain, and took the time to explain what he did to clear the drain and what to do to try and prevent future plugs.
