I needed to get water heater maintenance done. Did some research and Precision at a decent price of $49. Tyler arrived exactly at 8:01 AM and did outstanding work and explained everything. Now I feel confident my water heater works well and I know what to look for for any issues. Thanks Precision and Tyler for a great work. I am a very satisfied customer.

Justin and Anthony from Precision Plumbing provided outstanding service for me today. I needed to have both my water heater and furnace replaced! They were very emphatic, kind, and professional. They provided me with options, and were not at all aggressive with their approach. They were extremely patient with my questions and concerns, and left me feeling assured that I had chosen the right people and company to manage the work I needed to have done in my home. Thank you Precision Plumbing for always being there for our plumbing, heating, and AC service needs since 2007! Precision Plumbing also has excellent customer service! Incomplete Job He was called out to find a leak and fix a slow drain. He would only fix the leak after we paid him. He did nothing for the slow drain except to tell us that WE needed to raise the drain pipe. He then put a sticker on the hot water heater that my husband installed, making it look like he had done the work. I will never recommend him to anyone and will post poor reviews for him. All of his reviews looked good, but I feel as if the bad reviews get deleted.

I had a really bad experience with one of your company drivers today. They were driving aggressively, tailgating me dangerously close and repeatedly trying to cut me off on the road. It felt completely unsafe and unprofessional, especially for a vehicle representing a business. This kind of behavior puts people at risk and reflects poorly on your company. I hope you take this seriously and address it with your driver.

Precision was quick to respond to my phone call today, and for that they earned one star. Dino, the plumbing technician was helpful and honest. Dino's integrity earned Precision a second star. The furnace technician, Anthony, provided an assessment with recommendation and ultimately declined to initiate any troubleshooting or repairs. Anthony's inaction, earned Precision three negative stars from me. Anthony's passiveness was disappointing because I was hoping to hire a furnace company with repair men who are willing to diagnose and fix issues. As Anthony and I inspected the furnace, which is admittedly an older furnace. We found a broken S belt that connects the motor to the blower fan. Anthony opted to focus on selling me a new furnace and basically turned down restoring the broken S belt on the electric motor. Anthony stated that he had no any idea where I could obtain a replacement part or if they even make S belts for furnaces like mine. I realized at this point that a technician who's unwilling to facilitate a simple repair and lacks general troubleshooting skills isn't what I was looking for in this instance. Being a U.S. Army veteran, I know when someone is blowing smoke and decided to cut my losses. I paid Anthony, Precision's $59 service call fee and thanked him for his time. I recently received a follow up phone call from the owner of Precision, and I genuinely appreciated his reaching out to me. The fact that the boss was willing to step forward and take responsibility for the actions of his staff is highly commendable. Through his followup, the owner, demonstrated old school class that is deserving of my future business. All's well and ends well. Thank you sir!

Wish I could give them zero stars. I had Precision Plumbing come out to my home to look at a leaking heating line. During the visit, I was told the technician would need to speak with a supervisor and that someone would follow up with options and pricing. I was charged a dispatch/service fee for the visit, which I understood at the time because I expected to receive the promised follow-up. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. About a month after the visit, I called the company twice and was told someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. I also sent an email when I still hadn’t heard anything. Meanwhile, the upstairs of my home had no heat while I was waiting to hear back. I understand that things can occasionally fall through the cracks, but charging a service fee and then failing to provide the promised estimate or return calls was very disappointing. At the very least, I expected the courtesy of a follow-up or some communication about next steps. Instead, I was left hanging after two phone calls and an email. Do not trust Precision Plumbing & Heating.

We have lived in Arvada for four years. Our house was two years old after we moved in. We encountered a blockage in our kitchen sink that caused the garbage disposal to spew lots of water. I tried to take care of it with no success. I called Precision Plumbing because of its high ratings and being a family business. They came back to me immediately and sent a tech, Dino, the next day. My exchanges with the office gave me great confidence and Dino was terrific. He was professional. courteous, experienced, and efficient. He took care of the blockage very quickly and explained how to keep it from happening. The price was very reasonable. Precision is our new go-to company for plumbing, heating and cooling. We will be calling them back! We called Precision Plumbing again for an issue with our water pressure. Their agent, Patrick, was awesome. He had the problem diagnosed in seconds and replaced our Pressure Reduction Valve in a few minutes. We are thankful for Precision yet again!!!

As a new homeowner we were hit with our share of problems in the first month and when we discovered a leaky water heater it was just the icing on the cake. Rick came out within an hour, quickly identified the problem, quoted a fair price, and came back in just a couple of hours with the new water heater. Then, perhaps sensing my new-homeowner jitters, he took the time to walk through the house with me, looking over things and in doing so we found some leaky toilets. He was able to get everything fixed that same visit with fair pricing and no pressure to buy. I feel that Rick is a fair and honest man, in a business where it would be easy to prey on people who need your services.

Rick is a great plumber, period. the end! Very professional and a nice guy too. Did several jobs at our house that other plumbers all but refused to do. (plus I kept adding jobs) Neat as a pin, cleans up after himself which I appreciate! Also, there was a problem with a drain cap he installed that was NOT his fault. He replaced it with a different type tat no cost to us! He's Ahmazing! Oh, he can also do so more than plumbing which is incredible. So he offered to patch the wall that had to be ripped open to fix the problem!! You CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS GUY!

Overpriced! They put in a $155 thermostat and charged $682 for a 1 hour of labor. Never again! The tech came the first day and charged $57 just to instal it the next day with an additional $57 charge. I asked the tech if I could control the thermostat with my phone. He said yes. Then brings this generic thermostat that does not have the capability to connect to my phone. The box the thermostat came in was all beat up and tapped like it was bought at the goodwill. Hopefully it holds up. Don't waste you time and money with this company!

Quick and honest with their opinion. It's hard to believe companies like this when the service is so expensive as you feel like they are trying to take advantage of you but precision plumbing, tech Sean Finn in particular, seemed very honest in what needs to be done, also providing options making me not feeling super pressured, and gave me the whole picture if I went either direction. Thank you for your help today! Also want to note they were on time and they tried to come earlier but I missed their call so they came when scheduled.

Oh my gosh, can’t say enough good things about Precision and their tech. I looked online, they popped up, 5 stars-sold. I tried to shove too much in our disposal -which I never do 🙄-it clogged! Standing water-0 drainage! The rest of our pipes were fine, we knew it was me!!! I called at 7:00 this morning, they came at 10:00, fixed by 11:00-charged $49!!!! Wow! Just , wow! Tech was great! We’re in a new house and we feel so good to have our plumbing company for all our needs. (Although hopefully not too soon 😝) Thank you, Precision!

Gene Montiel was the technician that came to my house, very professional got right to work found the problem immediately. My bathroom light switch had previously been wired wrong which blew my breaker box. It could have and would have started a fire, I was shocked beyond belief what it had done to my light switches. I am so grateful he knew what he was doing, rewired it all showed me and told me what and why he was doing it. I feel safe now and will be using precision again if needed. Thank you Gene.

Cliff and Jeff did a thorough inspection of my two furnaces. They used an endoscope (like the device your doctor uses to check your colon :) to inspect the heat exchanger. They made prudent recommendations for ongoing observation and installation of a surge protector. They were on time and communicated well before and after their visit. They returned to install two surge protectors and a wet switch to protect my furnaces and home from expensive damage. Job well done and on-time!
